Any reason why tickets can't be purchased online?
Just tried as past 1pm and brfctickets link goes straight to a server login screen.

I printed my confirmation off, that way if they don't arrive I have proof of purchase, with customer number etc, but so longs they're sending them out first class tonight or tomorrow, it should be fine!

I took the route from page one to this link www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/article/play-off-tickets-to-move-onto-general-sale-2428742.aspxThen when clicking into brfctickets it goes to a server login, if anyone else has used this logical way on front page then ignore it and use the link that Yatey has given as this one works fine. Christ it was like Glastobury all over again then for a moment all that ticket stress, getting nowhere while other were snapping them up no problems!

The post option has always been really efficient in the past, usually turning up next day - may be longer this time due to demand. But Yatetown's advice is sound, just in case.

Had a text from a club source saying it's been chaos today, didn't expect so many tickets to be sold today, looks like it could be a sell out by the end of today or even tomorrow lunchtime.

I got to the clubshop in Kingswood at 12:40ish and the queue was down the road and already around the corner. At around 1:30 I got into the shop. No wonder it took so long, there was 3 staff in there but only 1 guy serving the queue. How mad is that! Another guy was answering the phones and I could hear his answers saying "its open on general sale now" and "you can buy as many tickets as you like". The calls I heard were all pointless calls in my opinion. A women in the back room then said the "online ticketing service is down so no-one can get tickets online". I think that answers why some wasnt able to to order online. People were buying tickets in high numbers. A couple in front of my got 14 tickets. The woman buying these 14 tickets was obviously buying for others too and she paid for some on 1 card, some on another card and cash too. That took ages! You could hear lots of tutting amd I was was of them. When I got out of the shop the queue was around the corner and quite far down the side road. Took over and hour in the end from when I joined the back of the queue to when I had the tickets in my hand. Not upset about the wait. Was expecting it. Just annoyed that only 1 person was serving out of the 3 when you would expect all 3 if not at least 2 serving to clear a queue of people. Oh well. Got my tickets so im happy now.
