I always thought it would be good luck to get married on the weekend of May 2 because it's a special day for Gasheads.
Unfortunately I didn't realise in the long-term how many vital games we might be taking part in around that day.
A few weeks ago I booked a bank holiday break in Ironbridge, near Telford, for our sixth wedding anniversary, taking the little one along as well.
Schoolboy error: Forgot to check the playoff dates (also being supremely confident we would go up automatically...)
Now I am having kittens I won't be able to see it. I know it's on TV but as we are three hours away I can't ruin everyone's day by insisting we leave later.
Also, the second half of the game clashes with Chelsea v Palace on Sky.
I guess what I really wanted to know is: Are there any Rovers supporting pub owners in the Midlands with BT who would welcome a visit from a fellow Gashead to watch the match? (Telford way)
It's a long shot, I know, but any good advice gratefully received!

Is Telford anywhere near Dover, I'm sure the landlord of the Cricketers Pub would put it on for you after our mass invasion there
