Haven`t been his biggest fan this season, but was impressed on Saturday. Should he keep his place on Wednesday?

If everybody is fit there is no need to make any changes (or be upset).

He will play in the home leg, but I think he will stick Leadbitter on in front of Lockyear at their place

Such a confidence player - looked nervous as hell in the first 10 minutes, smacks in a wonder goal and he's Messi for the rest of the game

I'd go with Gosling.
Possibly going to be Pipe at left back, so whoever plays there, make sure you've got good shin pads.

Got to be Gosling and shouldnt even consider Leadbitter in front of Lockyer because it will be like having two full backs. Leadbitter is good getting forward FROM FULL BACK not as starting as a winger. Very m uch hope Mr Tinkler will leave well alone on Wednesday.

Any idea what FGR's left winger is like as I'm not sure I fancy Gosling/Lockyer to defend against Pipe plus a pacy winger? Which means either Leadbitter or Balanta for Gosling assuming Sinclair's not going to be fit to start if they have a pacy winger or stick with Gosling if they don't.

I think a defensive 4-4-2 with Leadbitter & Monky on the wings, Lockyer & Brown at full back, Parkes & Macca pumping long balls into the channels for Harrison & Matty Taylor, Mansell & Lines in the middle of the park mopping things up with Lines looking to cause havoc on the ball in the final third. It might not be pretty to watch tomorrow evening, but if we can come away with the draw, we will win easy on sunday in front of a full house, we have been totally dominant the last 6 weeks at home, and the players will benefit from experience of the home defeat to FGR earlier in the season. Unfortunately with the game being on TV, i'm sure the forums will be a hustle & bustle of OTT analysis of the game, lets hope we don't lose otherwise i can see another forum & social media meltdown on the horizon.

One does not simply change a team that just won 7-0... No matter who we were playing.

No change required after Saturday though Alfreton were awful to be fair.

Why change it?
That was quite easily Rovers best performance of the season on Saturday and we smashed in 7 goals, albeit Alfreton were poor, but a great team performance, the lads who played must be confident
Stick with the same DC

with Pipe likely to start at left back, Jake may be to physically weak for that challenge - or he may get Pipe sent of early!
You can really see what a difficult job managing a football club is
However, I'm expecting Clarke to select a team which can be solid in first leg - so Ladbitter may start on wing and make sure Pipe is covered at all times

Yes he definitely deserves to retain his place, will be interesting to see how he does against far less pitiful defenders than Alfreton's however.

Is suggesting ripping players contracts up an OTT reaction?
