So apparently he admitted what we knew, losing the court case and the play-offs would be a disaster
In such circumstances you have to wonder if/when we will settle andIf on Sunday afternoon we are knocked out of the play-offs will we be on the phone trying to secure a settlement?
I hope to get to Wembley and hope we go up, but even in that scenario losing the case is to use a turn of phrase “Not an option”
Who will blink first?

Relegation wasnt an option either was it Mr Higgs. But it happened.

Sainsbury obviously think Rovers losing the case 'is an option'. Why does he use those words, stupid.
It is an option and should be planned for however remote El Chairmano thinks it is.

I dread to think, but I hope that it's at least football related, if not BRFC related.

Le Fevre made a comment that it would be devastating if that week went against us. What was he supposed to say. Oh no "it would be great". He just agreed. People reading to much in to it I believe. I thought this was one of Higgs better interviews. You got the feeling if we do fail, we would continue to limp on. Give the guy a break. He's far from perfect, but at least he's having a go, but you can tell he does not have unlimited money, just like the rest of us.

Can the club and Nick Higgs potentially risk the court case. Lose to FGR and can Rovers really risk not settling out of court with a high interest loan needing to be repaid, or will we have to sit back and thank NH for putting more money in to limp on
