Very surprised he did not come on to sub DC's love child Taylor. If Taylor is so key for us he should have been taken off at 4 or 5 nil as he was getting a few ankle taps/kicks towards the end, Wednesday is not that far away and then another game 3 days later. Balanta was cr@p.

Balanta wasn't crap at all, missed an easy opportunity granted, but so did Ellis previously. On the whole balanta came on, put himself about and played some good passes.
Don't let your prejudges get in the way of what actually happens on the pitch.

I mean.....what is his best or natural position? He might have a few nice touches when on the ball, but I find myself being disappointed with his overall contribution. For me, balanta jury is still way out, but I like Nathan Blissett as I can see potential..

Lets not be too critical of what happened yesterday, we did after all win 7-0, the law of averages suggests we weren't going to put away every chance. Agree with you about Balanta, he has a good level of skill but just doesn't show enough energy or urgency for me and presumably clinical finishing isn't one of his skills

No prejudices about Balanta at all, I just thought, as it was going on right in front of the Blackthorn end, that he had a poor game and Blissett with a bit of pace could have worried a tiring defence more. My original thought was why Taylor was not subbed.
Anyway back to GasPanic's chant:

I'm more amused with "If Blissett scores, we're on the pitch !"
