Pick yourself up, blue!
It's not your fault we are in this position. We played ourself here. The season as a whole has been down to good individuals and bad individual performances.
Tried your hardest and helped us into play offs, with a chance of winning the title.
Plus, I seen you make decent saves v Hughes/Midson/Fleetwood so know you can do it..

Mistake has been coming though. Mildenhall shouldn't have been dropped.

Thing is think Mildenhall occasionally has a bad game where as Puddy makes shocking mistakes. I know which one I would have in goal on Sat (and would have had the past few weeks).

Two mistakes versus countless mistakes Puddy has made when called upon. He got lucky against Macclesfield and Chester and the luck run out today. It's been coming. He certainly doesn't have anywhere near the same presence as Mildenhall and there's a reason the latter has years of football league experience. Midenhall must be recalled.

the odd mistake happens and it wouldn't matter too much if the rest of the team put the odd shot in and we were actually set up to win.

the odd mistake happens and it wouldn't matter too much if the rest of the team put the odd shot in and we were actually set up to win. The problem being is that it isn't an odd mistake. Mildenhall's was very much the odd mistake, he's generally been very consistent during his time with us. Having a goalkeeper who is liable to commit at least one mistake a game isn't very reassuring when we're heading for potentially three pressure cooker play-off games in front of big crowds.

Play off final goes to penalties...who you rather have in goal Mildenhall or Puddy? Any idea what Puddy's like saving pens as Mildenhall is useless? As far as today is concerned that was Puddy's first mistake which cost us a goal, Mildenhall punch one into his net, let the ball go straight though him against Eastleigh and was shocking at Halifax. So mistakes wise it's 3-1 to Mildenhall plus is distribution is generally shocking.

Both poor, decisions by ref. ......so as you were!!

Chester missed an open goal when he gave it straight to their forward and only a lucky reflection saved his blushes versus Macclesfield. And today of course, when we were all but three minutes away from promotion. He's got away with countless other moments as well. The totally frustrating thing about today is that is was coming and could be seen a mile off. It'll happen again as well.

This is pathetic. Mildenhall can't do a thing wrong as far as some are concerned but in general Mildenhall has been poor this season compared to previous years. He has stopped coming for crosses. Puddys handling today was faultless except for one error. It is very easy to point to this and that but the fact is that Puddy has been decent and has made very few errors. I don't know how you could see the error coming today when his handling was faultless until the goal. Get behind the players-if they didn't make mistakes they would be playing in the Premiership.

Look at who has the most clean sheets. That will be Puddy then. Mildenhall is slow to get down; flaps at crosses cost us pints v Eastleigh and Dartford, and gave a goal away at Halifax. So we could have been 6 points better off. Crap, I am sounding like some of you lot

Just got back from Dover. Puddy does not have the presence and his mistake today will be with him for a long time. Next week I would bring back Mildy. UTG
