No matter what, nothing ever runs for us.
On a day those swine who burned down our ground, chased our players off, the most fickle, nasty hooligans not deserving of the success that fat fool buys them won their league (led by a borderline simpleton), we have to endure this s**t.
No confidence we will go up in playoff after they bottled it today. Cant hold on to 1-0 at Dover.
I'm not looking forward to Alfreton, guaranteed Barnet go up as champions. Barnet. Barnet are better than us.
Just goes to show how stupid this game is, we've stood by this club and we get nothing. The armchair army over the river get yet another promotion.
This club is useless, I regret I ever started going. This season was the big chance, could be 20 years we are down here. Some of you will be dead by this time we get back. When will we ever even be a league below city? 2050?
had enough almost. Not expecting anything but the same s**t now, I'll go but my heart isn't in it. Football is too cruel.

This was our chance and they *******g bottled it. So cruel to have the dream taken away yet again. I'd rather we finished mid table then get cockteased by fate yet again.

The club and it's spin-machine have two dreams. One : is the UWE two: promotion . If it fails on both which is very likely . I think finally even loyal fans will accept the club is burning out.
I just hope Higgs and co don't come out with the same old statements in the summer.

We've bottled nothing. Only thing that could be certain today was us NOT winning the title.
That hasn't happened.
Alot of people thought this a banana skin of a fixture, but in reality we are no worse off Tha we were at 2.59pm.
Yes, of course not an ideal result and disappointed but come on....we ate far from out of it!
Play offs at least is better than mid table..

I've given up trying to find who to blame. Feels more like a curse, whatever we try that bearded Pratt up above waves His hands and awards the success to others.
The Luck of bcfc pulling this richest man in the UK to fund them, coupled with our demise is like that multiple rapist who won the lottery. For years we had to endure their sh1t, but the almighty awards them SL and we get conference.
f**k football, seriously. f**k it.

I may on reflection taken this a little hard. I've been a rose tinter for years but oddly, today was the straw.
I hope I have to eat my words and go up, but I can't see it.

So guess the question is - how does DC motivate them now? If we are deflated they must be as well. Does he drop Puddy for a GK who has done similar things this season? (I know that's two questions but what the heck!)

It doesn't matter, Barnet won't slip up. might as well play kids and wait for p offs. Even if Barnet go a goal down wwe'll obligingly draw, as we have done every single time we had an opportunity.

It's a conspiracy. The BOD want promotion via the play offs for the money a Wembley final will bring. Whilst deep down I don't believe it, but during moments of being pi55ed off, that thought keeps surfacing.

I feel your pain Controversial, I too am gutted right now. To have destiny in our own hands going into the last game of the season with only minutes to go in this one, and then an individual error costing us those 2 precious points.
BUT, Gateshead (although with nothing to play for, already guaranteed a top half finish) might get something out of their game AND Alfreton (with survival to play for depending on Welling, ooh the glamour) might not.
The perfect storm in terms of results on the last day of the season sent us crashing out of the FL72 last term, here's hoping the perfect storm of results in our favour this term sends us back next Saturday. UTG.

Are you sure the BOD genuinely want promotion ?
Financially surely we have made more money this season... lower wages / higher crowds?
To balance that though there has been money made available for players.
Promotion via a Wembley play off win would be the icing on the Watola / Higgs cake

Last game of the season for me is next Saturday. f**k the play offs. I don't want all the fuss and hassle. If we don't go up next Saturday then that's me done until we are back in the league, be that next season or in a very long time.

I suppose if we don't go up and we lose the Sainsbury's case the unluckiest Rovers Chairman ever might quit and the bad luck curse will be removed.
Whether he's unlucky, or incapable, it's hard to believe since Lambert left we've suffered relegation form Div 1, Buckle & McGhee as managers, followed by relegation by just GD, now promotion seemingly thrown away in the penultimate game, not forgetting Trash/Carstairs & Sainsbury's.
Have we actually had anything to celebrate since was made Chairman as I can't think of anything noteworthy?

The bloke is an incapable fool who can do no wrong in his own eyes, nothing to do with lack of luck.
