If we take it to the final day we'll win the league

Either way, we're going up, and I'm as sure of that as a football fan can ever be.
We fear no one in the playoffs. I'd much rather beat Barnet to the title, and it could still happen, but if it doesn't - carry on.
We have turned a corner as a team (if not a club) and a lot of the old magic feels like it's slowly coming back - I felt today, after a really bad few years, the Blackthorn finally got its smile back and it was great to be a part of it.

I can't see Barnet losing either of their final 2 games, can only hope they draw 1 of the 2 and we take 6 points, which is no easy task as we have no divine right to just turn up and walk away with the win, I've always thought the Dover game could be our biggest banana skin of the season, a long trip on a poor pitch against a team who i thought were one of the best to visit our place this season. We are so difficult to beat that i think we'll go up via the play-offs, i don't the see the play-offs being a lottery with the manager and squad we have.

Well it's not in our own hands, we're relying on Barnet dropping points, Martin Allen has issued their war cry and it seems to be working. They're playing Kiddiminster next away and we all know what happened when we played them so that game shouldn't cause them too much worry. Providing that we also beat Dover and that's not going to easy but I'm confident we can, it all comes down to the last game of the season. Will Gateshead be able to stop Barnet winning, they certainly played reasonably well against us both times but they'll not have anything to play for now. It's not looking too positive for us but as Jimmy Greaves was fond of saying "it's a funny old game", so who knows !

Head saying 2nd, heart saying 1st, I can't see Barnet dropping any points although Gateshead could be tricky for them, I would be confident in the play-offs though

I lost count of how many times Keith Brookman said "that could be a useful point come the end of the season". Barnet don't do draws and they're not going to lose those two games.

No Dawson for the playoffs either, which will regress us to that bore draw team again with no width. Having said all that, I still ticked automatic promotion :-). Eternal optimistic Gashead.

Thought Dawson had a poor game yesterday and was lucky to stay on as long as he did. Wouldn't be surprised to see Leadbitter play there for the last game/play offs.

I think that it will go to the final game, and we'll finish as Champions.

I was thinking that earlier. Gosling is (usually) terrible for us. He had that good spell against Torquay A and Macclesfield H, but that's about it.

I'm surprised to see that someone has voted for Option 3.
Is it that Barnet chap who posts on here, do you think?
