Anyone have problems logging in
I have entered my customer/account number and my password (Postcode) and saying We cannot find a patron with that username

(Joke I hope) I was in the shop at The Mem yesterday lunchtime and there was a queue of people getting or renewing their season tickets - brilliant to see it. Can't wait for when I retire and can get a season ticket - it's a pain having to miss so many games even when we are playing badly like last season. I make about 10 - 12 games a season, so just under the threshold where a season ticket would save money.

I have had the same problem I have given up will go to the Mem to renew. I did mention it to the Kingswood shop today when I got my kiddy tickets to see if anyone else had any problems and they said they hadn't heard of any. I thought it was just me :-)

I went to the mem today and renewed I told them I couldn't do it online. They said the only problems are ones without any postcodes on the letter or if you put a space between the postcode which I have to admit I did but I thought it told me to! Obviously I didn't read it correctly. :-)

Obviously I didn't read it correctly. :-) it does say with a space on the letter. Even so I tried it all ways (oo er missus) and still didn't get it to work.
Can't make tonights game, but will probably go to shop at some point or just post the fecking thing now

Just solved my problem. Looks like my address hasn't been updated somewhere, despite it being on my letter and on my account information.
still doesn't make sense as I tried to reset password and didn't recognise my customer number or email
