Bit of a good news story and one where Paul Randell netted for the gas. In the absence of a media departed please find link and article from the local press:

Charlton United held a charity football match against a Bristol Rovers XI at Glastonbury Football Club, raising money for Cancer Research.
The game saw Rovers legends take to the field, with Paul Randall, Josh Low, Mark McKeever, Tony Pounder, Trevor Challis and Christian McClean all part of the squad, which was completed by some local Rovers supporters.
After a minute’s applause to mark all those who have lost their lives to cancer or are fighting the disease, Rovers started well and created early chances, with Charlton left to chase the ball in hot conditions.
Adam Rahn put Rovers ahead with a well-placed lob and their dominance continued as Randall headed home the second and further goals followed with two apiece from Dan Linham and Low before half-time, while Dom Fallows hit the post for United.
Charlton were determined to put up a fight after the break and Zen Cropper netted early on before 15-year-old Husker Webster guided a perfect header into the corner to make it 6-2.
Pounder got Rovers’ seventh goal and they had chances for more but Mark and Adam Rahn were both denied by keeper Jamie Winter.
Jody Winter also impressed in the Rovers goal but could not stop Charlton club captain and league top scorer Jack Webster finding the net with a powerful strike from a tight angle.
