Used to bring a patient down weekly to see his family near here and we always stopped at a pub for a meal in Emerson's Green called 'the Willy Wicket'.Used to leave the odd match day programme around.Officially listed as Downend but staff say it's Emerson's green really.

I think you'll find the Willy Wicket is on the border of Upper Emersons Green and Lower Downend........or is it Lower Emersons Green or Upper Downend.......or is it......can't be arsed......I know, it's just up the road from The Trident which is in Upper/Lower Emersons Green and Upper/Lower Downend
