Well they do say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, don't they? But you'll never beat the original, not even WWFC.
I remember when BRFC ran out at Upton Park quite a few seasons ago now, and a wag standing nearby shouted out ''F***ing hell, they look like f***ing draughts boards.'' But our colours are still (fairly) unique in football, and long may they continue to be so.

I beleive Wealdstone wore blue and whitecquarters in the past I remember once chasing a rovers fan on a bike through the streets of West London. I was yelling out "up the gas", he seemed intent on gapping it. After going through a few sets of red lights, I finally caught the miserable fool. Turns out he was a Wealdstone fan.

A few years back I was watching FA Cup highlights and the blue & white quarters were playing. It was Burnham and I thought that it was strange a club not far from Bristol was playing in the same kit, and I'd not heard about it before, and that the local TV and radio hadn't been following their cup run. Must have been this lot. I see they played Aldershot in 2005. Nice away kit ... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burnham_F.C.

So rather than a League club with a unique kit, we're one of many non-league clubs with the same kit. Must've come out of a catalogue all along!
