When i saw the title of the thread i thought the quantity bit was a reference to your knob.
I'm not a fan of banning in life but i could make an exception this time.

I kind of like him.
It's totally understandable as to why Clifford joined Barnet now. If he thinks just over 2,000 supporters in a prefab ground were brilliant I'd imagine he'd s**t himself playing in fron of over 6,000. Can you imagine the poor lad running round caked in his own turd. Sure no one would get near the lad but who would want to when he smells like a dog bin.

Cut the person some slack, winning the Conference is the absolute zenith of Barnet's ability and potential so they're bound to be getting a bit over excited about it.

If we were geographically based in or around London he would have came here faster than Usain Bolt

The predicament we find ourselves in is dire, we've sunk to an all time low, it's painful to see, but..... If the board etc can be sorted out and get the club back where it should be we have got the potential to pull big crowds. Barnet however in amongst the other London clubs are like a moped in a car park of mercs and will never be anything more. My Dad is cockney, lost interest these days but used to go to every Charlton game in the 60s, was talking to him about football in his day a while ago, he doesn't even recall there being a team called Barnet, that's how important you are!

I'm not that surprised that a sowf londoner didn't take an interest in goings on north of the river. In the sixties we were a successful amateur side.
The funny thing is we are happy with how we are doing, that we are a small club where pretty much everyone knows each other. What matters is that my team are important to me and that I enjoy going to games. Do I care whether an old man doesn't remember us? nope I couldn't give a stuff whether we are important or not to other fans.

Would that be the Wealdstone who sold their ground to a supermarket, blew the money groundsharing at Watford while trying to build a new ground, eventually they ran out of money, the developers went bust and the bank refused to lend them anymore (£5 mill in grants and loans blown for no gain). Subsequent years spent groundsharing at various clubs whittled their support to under 200 and so now they play 6 miles from home and have taken over the lease at Ruislip Manors ground in another borough but the lease runs out in 3 years.
There are some lessons in there I feel.

You generally post sensible stuff, and you come on here in the right spirit, istm. But if you come into one of dannybrfc's threads and start playing for his side, it can start to make you look a bit like the mindless troll he is.
