Frees up cash, isn't joining a rival, let's see what our next hand is.

Seems sensible to me, good for him to do the decent thing.

Odd one this. Think there is either an ulterior motive cashwise or something going on behind the scenes. All done very quickly. Shame really, think we all had high hopes for Jamie. All we can do is wish him all the best and see what happens next.

Full marks to Jamie White and DC...It's not worked for Jamie or the club and so this is a good outcome. Good to see Jamie want's to play football rather than just hang around taking his wages. Good luck to him and I hope it works out for him at Sutton.

Dinsdale/Tbonegas. Pathetic and sums you both up.

Surely must be bringing someone in within the next few days, one less option for Saturday if not. Not exactly ideal in our current state.

Dinsdale/Tbonegas. Pathetic and sums you both up. Absolutely right SteveK192 - these sorts of comments from Dinsdale and Tbonegas do no good at all - we have the players we have and at least they are putting in some effort for once and DC will improve the squad if he can and has said so. We don't have to give false praise but knocking individual playere endlessly who at least put in a shift is depressing and getting boring.

Would prefer Brunt and Taylor to be here than elsewhere but in any respect they play for BRFC so as an 'old skool' fan I'll continue to support them.

Probably for the best, but timing of this suggests that the promised funds were perhaps not available after all

Probably for the best, but timing of this suggests that the promised funds were perhaps not available after all I agree that it's probably for the best, both for the player and the club. As regards the funds, my take on it is that this could well be a ''freeing up'' exercise, where they allow Jamie White to leave which in turn puts more money back into the pot to be used to off-set the new signings salary. It's also significant that White is a forward, which is exactly where the new signing (should there be one) will fit in. Trading up?

No striker should be happy warming the bench, it's a good call by him and good for us. Doubt it frees up much cash but every little helps in pursuit of goals

Seems like an admission from DC & JW that this signing was a mistake and best for all parties to move on. Presumably JW will get to do what he's paid to do at Sutton and DC can concentrate on trying to improve the misfiring frontline

I'm assuming this all means a new signing is imminent - in which case it is surely good news.
