As we do not know any facts re JCH transfer then you cannot blame anyone, yet.
There is a rumour he failed a medical, if this was true then good job by medics.
So let's wait for facts, if they ever come out.

So let's wait for facts, if they ever come out. Difficult to swallow that rumour as Loft’s transfer was held until all paperwork for JCH was signed, that wouldn’t have occurred until a satisfactory medical report had been obtained. Another apparently circulating is that JCH resiled from the terms he’d agreed. I would agree that we need facts to be on solid ground in these matters, the only available at present are JCH fell through and the South Stand isn’t getting built let alone occupied anytime soon with all the financial losses stacking up while that situation remains unresolved. Someone needs to be held responsible and shown the door.

To answer the question... we don't know. In theory Hussain is the largest share-holder. But he's only been 'in charge' for 5 minutes. Perhaps he's taking a back seat and watching what's happening on and off the pitch before taking decisions. He must be delighted with what he has seen so far. 'Cos BRFC are so much more professional these days. We know this, because we've been told this.

More likely someone will be made to wear the scapegoat’s uniform and shown the door. Far better if we had a thorough investigation and then learned from it rather than looking for heads to roll.
This being BRFC though, it is groundhog day all over again

I wonder if the rules regarding a cooling off period where you can cancel your contract within a certain number of days apply to buying a football club, lol, if so I'd be up asking for my money back if I was the new owner.

The Jersey companies registry shows no change in the Dwane Sports shareholding, a resolution to increase the share capital was filed on July 9th but according to the registry record no shares have been allotted to Hussain Al Saeed or anyone else.

He's probably too busy looking at how the club is run, or not run, now he's been granted full access to the club records. You do have to wonder if the the delay in the JCH deal was due to funding not being confirmed, as it always seemed a bit odd splashing out so much money on an ageing CF to try and secure promotion, particularly when the new owners had already suggested promotion this season wasn't the aim.

I really couldn't agree more with you, agents greed, 4 seconds from completion, total horlicks. McAnthony taking the Michael out of Wael on Sky Sport yesterday "hello Wael" is an embarrassment. The HR woman doubling up as football Secretary says an awful lot. If the Kuwaities are still involved then they need to bring their own management team in and keep Wael out of every thing apart from being a fan.

If one of us had just invested £m's in a company and we're now the main shareholders would we allow Wael to still front the company and also let TG deal with the day to day running, or bring in our own leaders from day 1?
If you just wanted to take your time before making any major changes would you sanction a massive purchase (JCH) whilst you were considering how the company was run?
At the very least you'd parachute in an MD you knew you could trust to deal with matters at the new company.

More to the point..... If you're an investor with kerching $$€€££ monies, when you went spending in the transfer market you wouldn't be surprised if the fee or price went up because they know you are minted?
Why didn't the investors get announced after the transfer window?
It not only gives away initiative, it might allay good news off the pitch if form doesn't improve on it?
We've got it all wrong, the timing the type of announcement and it's had a detrimental effect..

Because If you are a wealthy potential shareholder your eyes are on the longer game, not the short term issues like "perception". The proof of their ability to change things for the better will be confirmed over the coming months. Sadly, for the potential individuals concerned, then there needs to be a restructuring of operations management. Starting at the top, place a leader of competence and conviction. As importantly decapitating the Hydra that B***** represents.

The new owner is apparently a skilled builder of companies. First job here sling out the current clowns, all of them, to recruit real professionals that can manage more than a game of tiddlywinks.

I hope you are right and that Hussain Al Saeed will eliminate the kindergarten mentality which currently prevails at the club. There are rumours that Chris Gibson has already gone.

To eliminate the kindergarten mentality will involve a culling of senior management. I would happy for Wael to stay on, title and all. The rest of them can do one. Hope springs eternal.

I should rephrase that to say “ happy for Wael to stay on in title only” If he maintains any role in leadership or management we’ll just carry on in the same old blundering way.

I have a feeling he would not even mind, especially given how much money he has had to capitalise
