They say Rovers 2023/24 kit is something abit different.
Is it 50 years since the Watney Cup win?

No Everton type kit to commemorate that then.

I was going to go to the Hornchurch / Aveley play-off final... but couldn't get tickets. Aveley won 1-0. Demand was always going to be high, and the Club announced that tickets were going to go on general sale "the next day". People that run the Club wanted to make sure that tickets went to the 'right people'. Tickets went on sale unannounced at 3am and were sold out long before mid-morning. Information courtesy of my window cleaner, whose mate picked up tickets at 3:01am. Good luck to the Urchins, a very nice setup in Upminster. As for their new kit, gert lush.

Looks like a nice buttoned collar, very retro, loving it.

Looks like a nice buttoned collar, very retro, loving it. I have always liked the collared kits and came very close to buying the one that we used to sell, with material that looked more suited to rugby than football. I have a couple of friends who have that top and they still look perfect, after all the years of wear of them.

Long quartered sleeves too expensive to produce? How many players in the four divisions where long sleeves these days? Most seem to use the long sleeve vest things.

Perhaps did not sell well. Can remember Harries had a long sleeve version. Doubt anything to do with manufacturers more like the club.
