higgs has shut the door on investors.....I know for a FACT, I believe this. But if this is an accepted fact (hypothetically speaking of course), then what is the way forward for the Chairman or the club? As things stand both will go under.

I will put a few more details on here when it is completely dead in the water, as you can imagine its subject to a confidentiality agreement, but so very annoying to keep hitting a brick wall. Why would someone getting knocked back in offering investment have confidentiality agreement's? because you need to do due diligence and in doing so you have to sign a non disclosure document

Do shareholders have to go through due diligence when buying shares..?

Eales is hardly doing a fantastic job at Oxford at the moment?
Regardless of that would he have wanted to invest if he knew the UWE project was now a non starter?

"what sort of lunatic are we looking for?" A similar sort of lunatic to the one who invested in Foret Green, Eastleigh, Fleetwood, Morecombe, Barnet, Leyton Orient, Swindon etc. They seem to be able to find these sort of lunatics, trouble is our Board seems to turn them away! Maybe now things are really bad they may move aside and give someone else a chance. "trouble is our Board seems to turn them away!" Who did they turn away? The Lunatics that took on Oxford apparently; even Higgs said he had lost a major investor. It is not breally surprising is it, self made man meets Higgs, first impression, let me get back up the M32 / M4. UTG

NH should post the investors on this forum along with their CV's and we could run a poll on them, then it would be our fault if their S**T !

A lifelong Birmingham City Supporter and Season Ticket Holder - does make you wonder about the longevity of his new arrangement.

But doesn't Firoz Kassam still have an interest in what goes on, if so shouldn't imagine it would be completely plain sailing if he is still around.

He has no interest at all. he owns the stadium (and everything else minus the club it self) but it is rented out to the football club.

Not sure if Forever Fan is still around to confirm but I don't think that Kassam has been involved in the club for years other than owning the stadium. Edit: Thanks Oxon.
