Accrington Stanley getting spanked 5 0 at Exeter City might be the most significant result for us today.
We remain 10 points above Stanley and a relegation spot.

Exeter had 11 shots on target, the Accies 0, We are 10 points clear of them and with a game in hand too. I think we can finish in 12th, which is a good base for next seasons charge at the play-offs.

Will that be taking into account of a new team needing to " settle in" and play the " B***** way" ?

Even with an up and down season that we have had with players on loan, we will probably finish 12th to 15th, then the building a better team in the summer begins.. I am not a JB fan in particular, but he is here and we have to rely on him and his staff to conjure up a team capable of a play-off place challenge at least.

Until we have real money as someone who put the interests of the club first, not himself and the many DWANE companies, we will be having a new squad every season B***** is here. If you think that a way to build a team then fair play, i do not and we best strap in for piecemeal 3rd tier, until we can’t get the loans

Welcome to a future of drifting between League 1 & 2. I appreciate the £2-3mil per year that Wael puts into the Club to keep Rovers afloat. I really do. Thank you Wael. But I don't recognise the Club any more.

But I don't recognise the Club any more. Even my every loyal friend, with whom i always went, does not regularly go now. He buys an ST but watches on TV as he said it just doesn’t feel the same. If the club has made him feel like that then i really am stunned as he, normally, would not have one negative word said of the club but he says the club is nothing like the one he knew. I spoke with him, at length, yesterday and , as i have nt seen him in awhile, hoped to get info and talk about the reality of match days. I am still somewhat stunned that he has become this way as , personally, i never knew a more staunch supporter.

After losing at FGR,Sheffield Wednesday fight back from being 2 0 down,to draw 2 2 at Whaddon Road.
A good result for Glos Robins who lately, are putting up a good show regarding their fight to remaining a 3rd tier fc.

Like I said I'm pretty sure he won't be sticking around that much longer, I just hope to god though it doesn't end with him completely sh@fting the club over, I'm pretty sure he'll want his money back when he does leave.

The posts you’ve put on the New Stadium thread like this one are interesting and you may be right in thinking Wael is looking for a way out after thinking it would be easier than it has been. And if he intends to get his money back then I’m presuming that “wanting his money back” will include the years when the annual loss has been about £2-3m (about 4 or 5 years) plus the £18m (?) that he used to clear our debt which is over and above what he paid for us. My maths tell me that could be a price of anything between £30m and £40m! It will, of course, depend on what he wants for us and the terms he settles upon to sell us on. The devil is always in the detail. But if he intends to get his money back then he may well be waiting a long time to find a buyer for a lower league club at the price where he gets his money back. UTG!

The annual UK inflation rate for 2023 is forecast to fall to 6.1 per cent by year end from 9.1 per cent in 2022. If, as claimed on here a few times, Wael has the bulk of his fortune in offshore accounts then we should be able to continue as a taxpayer-funded club a while longer.

Hopefully Barnsley will beat Morecambe Saturday. In the absence of an Acc Stan game a Barnsley victory or even a draw sees us remain 10 points off the drop.

Year end 2022 accounts not filed today's deadline day. Another fine and transfer embargo heading the club's way. Just hope points deduction is not on the EFL menu, they are tightening up on clubs failing in this duty. I wonder if today's free generous bus offer to Shrewsbury is related to today's avoidable failure to file the 2022 accounts ?

If you’re using companies house as your guide, don’t expect to see anything there for a few weeks.

He was my first pick after Cogs left along with Ian Evatt who was doing great things at Barrow at the time, you could tell from the football they were playing they were capable of managing big clubs. We ended up going for Garner. 🙄

Yes ITB,I too was hoping we would go for MD at one point, but I'm actually happy with Joe B*****.

Companies House are on the ball. They have already issued a red alert that the Club year end accounts 2022 are late in being filed.
