Have been in contact with another helpline member and we both now cannot get tickets using this. Has the club made it null and void ? Anyone know please.

Maybe old grumpy Tory Radnedge fell out with the club. Wouldn't surprise me if he's not a fan of the modern way the club is starting to be run.

I’m told helpline has given the club over a million pounds so i think it a great shame that it seems to have been cut off

Helpline was great during the last few years of Eastville, it was useful during the Twerton years, and just seemed to be a one man ego trip at the Mem.
In the days of fan representation and active supporters groups (obviously not at Rovers, natch.) Helpline is a total anachronism. Throwing money at a club for so little in return just seems daft.

Both my wife and i are Helpline members and have been for a great many years. We have both had a fair share of winnings over the years.

Agree it seems daft if nothing in return but has been a great source of income. Seems to a casualty of the new order

Why is it at the beginning of each season we have a raft of posts which attack the club because something has happened and no one has bothered to investigate?
Has anyone spoke to Mr Radnedge? Has anyone spoken to the club? Has anyone approached Tom Gorringe or are the conspiracy theorists expecting someone to do the leg work for them?
There are things I don't like that have happened over the years and there may be a case for the club or Mr Radnedge to answer but it really grinds me down at the beginning of each season we get these conspiracy theories that spread misinformation and wild guesswork designed to set fan against fan. We should all be getting behind the club.
I note no ones bothered to even talk about last night's friendlies. Anybody go? Anybody interested?
Rant over

Helpline membership has been restored to Category One if you look at the away ticket section on the OS.
Along with Share Scheme members

In recent times I’ve had some questions, over tickets and Membership and on both occasions I dropped TG an email. He came back within a day on both occasions, answered my concern and on the second occasion had spoken to someone else who dealt with my issue. A very quick, very efficient service. As CEO he will be on top of things and his promptness and customer care, to me at least, beats what we’ve seen before. I know that things are not perfect and I don’t always agree but instead of knocking stuff perhaps ask the club about the issue. I think it’s a very approachable club now and there for all the fans. UTG!

Old Martyn does love telling any poor sod who'll listen how much "he" cough cough has donated to Rovers.
That's the supporters then.

Helpline was not being allocated tickets anymore and i pointed that out, no more and no less. No need to get stressed over it.

Who said - "Agree it seems daft if nothing in return but has been a great source of income. Not attacking you personally, just what you have written.

You are right but i was right at time of writing as, up until either yesterday or earlier today there was no priority given for helpline and i just thought I’d see what other members had to say or had experienced. I certainly don’t look for argument or to gaslight though
