This one is difficult to call, as both teams have been in relatively good form and Creepy are hoping their main striker, wil be fit, little Tommy Nichols who’s been nominated for player of the month for February.
Bizarre, when you think a totem pole in the penalty area would have scored more goals for the Gas than Tom.
So we now have strikers who can’t score and Creepy have a striker who couldn’t score in a brothel now hitting the net.
But, it’s very difficult to be to upbeat, when not so far away people are being slaughtered in an absolutely pointless war, so ultimately my thoughts are with them.
We nevertheless need a distraction from the horrible last couple of years, so hears hoping that we bounce back to form with an impressive performance tonight and get the three points.

Again we are up against opponents playing two up, which we never do. Gives them options to go direct to, and defensive forward high up pitch pressing.
In fact we don’t have a 9 out there again, in our international football formation and tactics?

HT Perfect example OF WHAT I am saying, in injury time there, Collins head down attacking them at pace, all on his own, running away from his team mates, not looking for them’ surrounded by three creepy Crawley disposed and they are back on attack. It’s wrong. Your furthest guy forward should have tactic to hold it up in situations like that and bring his team into it as they transition. This isn’t proper football from Joey B*****’s team. Football is about opinions so by all means disagree, but do you feel were are in control of this game? pleased to see Finnley back in firing on all cylinderz. Easy to understand why previous club made him player of season, and manager the Captain. Meanwhile contender for Rovers player of season, of which there s few with strong claims, Belshaw shows what is best at reading the game, his rushing out shot stopping had been just as important to one nil lead as the goal scored. |
