I quite like it. I think it's great the club are supporting the notion of diversity. The club should absolutely have an inclusive, non-threatening environment. Quite odd then we appoint B***** who has a history of thuggery and who called Thiago Silva an "overweight ladyboy" on his twitter feed...I'll stop there. yup

Chris Brown - out there on social media somewhere - suggested he would happily toss a 'shilling' in the kitty ,to pay for a proper Quarters shirt without any advertising on it.He also thought the all blue shirt - a la Everton - might be reintroduced, that being his second choice.Think the all blue was suggested because a sponsors name might look tidier on it,if a sponsors name had to appear
I think both these suggestions are better than this seasons and many other seasons shirts.
How much are this seasons sponsor paying,to inadvertently spoil our Quarters?
I imagine Gasheads would raise the cash.
Edit.It seems that making a real Quarters shirt for these companies is is expensive or perhaps time consuming?
Eg,Who decided that the sleeves no longer need to be quartered?
Maybe Blacburn Rovers supporter!

The shirt looks like one of those dirt cheap replica football shirts you can buy in a Bangkok floating market. The one when bought and you put it on gives you nipple rash. It is a real dogs dinner and I can't see it selling, the sponsorship logo size is ridiculous and out of proportion. Surely the club have heard of Pantone colour reference and have logged that colour somewhere, this shirt looks as if the blue is sky blue and a totally different colour to the blue in the badge.

Not the Quarters.
More like the Cluttered.

Advertising Band is way too dominant. spot on like the blue, and the initiative though is it 'Duke of Beaufort blue', like for the promotion season, or a bit darker? Video looks like Beaufort blue. Stills look darker. Obvious psychology behind the lighter blue, if that's what it is. But where are the hooped socks.

I just noticed your name change. Subtle but poignant.

See, I actually quite like this kit. First of all, I am very pleased to see the return of the Quarters on the back. I will never buy a Rovers shirt with a solid blue back (my personal preference). I am really fond of the light blue kit (2006/2007). The new kit is not as light a blue as this. I am also very fond of the old Cowlin kit (1999/2000). I feel that it is a merger of these two styles. I don't buy home shirts very often (my current shirt is the National League one), but I have bought this one. I can't wait to see it. I would have preferred to collect it from the club shop. I really do not know why it is not open now... Everyone has the own preference and I respect others opinion Rich. The feedback from fans has been fairly high in not liking this but it is what it is and I just hope we do well, the kit will be fondly remembered if we get good results. personally speaking and, I guess, due to my first experience of Rovers was in solid blue with white trim, I’d love us to have that , at least, as an option/away or 3rd kit. I know I’m talking superstitious nonsense but maybe we would get a boost from it, come to think of it, my favourite times were with us in the solid blue. Anyway, we now have our kit and let’s hope we manage to get a striker and get out of L2, I’m not convinced but that’s me, cynical and questioning.

Am I right in thinking Barry Bradshaw had a group of fans , who he consulted with, before the Al Qadi takeover ?

Given the average age of many of our supporters and also the amount of casual support, I can see a U turn happening here. Our ticket office was always packed with fans, buying tickets on the day. I don’t believe, not for one moment, that we can afford to be without them. This is a really poor decision and an own goal on our side. I already was ordering ticket for 5-6 people, when we had all ticket games. I think this is one of the worst decisions made by the club, not everyone is plugged in and computer literate. I’m thinking of maybe looking into this and starting something, via tbe socials. We truly can’t afford to lose those fans

Plans for new season awaiting new guidelines from EFL.

I did wonder if this was a club or EFL thing but the replies I got were that it was ticket master who had put this in place

But of course, with Covid cases hitting 50,000 per-day and rising, it's not exactly a stable situation, literally anything could happen. Anyway, with regard to turning away paying customers, it's great to know that the losses are under control and we don't need revenue from 'pay on the day' and away supporters.

Yes, Well done the Rovers. Debts sorted. Seriously though, I do think it will be something that stays with the club. I know they want to stamp out the ST”s being given to others but , if this remains it will change the crowds, significantly

Not sure how it's practical to stop that completely anyway.

My new Bristol Rovers shirt arrived in the post today.
Initial thoughts are that I love it, actually.
The colour is a darker blue than I was expecting, it is somewhere between Azure and Royal. I am old school and would ideally prefer a colour somewhere between Royal and Navy, but it is a lovely shade of blue.
I really like the design.
We have quarters on the back again! Happy Days! :-)

Yes, the colour in the marketing videos and photoshoots looked a much lighter shade of blue.
People saying it was something to do with the lighting on the day, or maybe filters. I did wonder whether they were using a prototype, and the actual shirts have now been made darker.
