I listened to the Gas Cast Podcast yesterday and they gave each other 6 moments to rank as most pivotal in Rovers relegation.
Rank in order of importance. Mine are:
1. Tisdale January window 2. Sacking Garner and appointing Tisdale 3. Garner summer recruitment 4. Appointing B***** 5. Injuries 6. Not sacking Garner in summer.
Also asked each other for % blame for the 3 managers
Mine are: Tisdale 80% Garner 20% B***** 0%
I am fully behind him until he gives me reason not to be. They are not his players and the project though brave did not work. It was an unmitigated disaster.

WAQ not trying to keep GC.
WAQs fantasy football plan.Naive.
WAQ hiring BG.
TW selection of signings.
BG was a useless manager and should of been sacked sooner.
Paul Tisdale sacking.A mistake.
I don't put any blame on Joey B*****

1 Wael’s decision to go for pretty football 2. Wael hiring a rookie manager 3. Wael not backing DC 4. Wael giving Widdrington a place on the board 5. Wael not seeing his errors and sacking Garner 6. Wael hiring a CEO who Plymouth were more than happy to be rid of
My percentage. 100% the owners fault

As I understand it, he gave a list of 5 strikers and we got none of them

We only dropped into a relegation place one B***** arrived so it's 50% fault to him, 40% Garner and 10% Tisdale. As for the January window, I had an hour long chat with a scout yesterday who told me which strikers were available in January and he told me that Rovers DOF made no effort to sign any of them. Tisdale alone pursued Stockley who for whatever reason went to Charlton. I was against Tisdale being appointed but to use him as the reason for our demise back into League 2 is wrong. IMHO.

The ship was sinking before JB arrived. As DC was not to blame for dropping out of the EFL,JB is not to blame for the nonsense that went on prior to his arrival.

Well at least I have been consistent, I have always said that DC was partly responsible for our demise as a FL club but he was given time to redeem himself and what a great job he did of that.

Wail is a simpleton. A fool out of his depth. The sooner he packs off, the better.

Tisdale had from November to Feb to decide on a plan b if he didn't get Stockley. We should gave signed someone on 1st jan. No I'm not joking

Ultimately Wael has abandoned the big plan as it didn't work. He believed in what TW and BG were saying, but kept TW in fact promoted him when he sacked BG. Tisdale is the man for this type of squad, but he drained every ounce of confidence from them after a half decent start, wasted the window and gave B***** no chance. Shouldn't have sacked Garner so early, but Tisdale is an experienced manager who should have done better with his january window.

It's all over now and Rovers are once again a league 2 club and you can't say we don't deserve to be there.

If B***** can bring in players of his ilk the future is bright here. What a footballing brain in this guy.
