I'm still awaiting a credible reality replacement suggestion if JAB out..... ? It would be interesting to know who if anybody applied or was interviewed after Tisdale's departure. It sounded like we went all out for one target and agreed to all of his demands. With the current squad I would replace from within, Widdrington and Maher until at least the end of the season. (I would have done this as soon as Tisdale was sacked) I bet the results wouldn't be any worse and they wouldn't constantly blame the players for damaging their CV's. “It would be interesting to know who if anybody applied or was interviewed after Tisdale's departure. It would be interesting to know who if anybody applied or was interviewed after Tisdale's departure. It sounded like we went all out for one target” My theory is the board have relationships with agents. Interesting to see the honest figure for agent fee’s. t

Suggest you spend a couple of minutes listening to JB's post match presser from 4 mins onwards, then come back and confirm if you still want JB sacked or someone higher up the hierarchy to be sacked. I listened to it live thanks and he's telling us what Tisdale told us in a more diplomatic manner. Still want him out, never wanted hime near the club in the first place.

I'm still neutral about JAB in or out. That's why I have not voted. As far as I see it: We have appeared to be not rolled over under JAB matches and our results haven't reflected our overall performances. In general. We have a previous history morally repugnant off pitch history manager. We have played youth players that have been forced because of injury and form that have had positive influence. Some baffling starting position lineup and inclusion, coupled with strange substitutions make me wonder whether JAB has fully understood each player's potential? We have set up our defence that has haemorrhaged goals prior, that can only be breached by the odd goal (apart from Hull City) and look more confident apart from 11mins v Ipswich. We have had no services from Jaak, Nicholson, Ogogogo, Hare, Harries, Alfie, Grant 100% all through his tenure. His post match comments centre on officials decisions that affected matches apart from his own. These players aren't his choosing. He appears pre match comments to be getting in his excuses early as if to rely on them at a later date....that might be a normal management trait and blame previous? I still think it's a polarised opinion..... most, not all, but most will have been reinforced in their opinion and probably not changed? I'm still awaiting a credible reality replacement suggestion if JAB out..... ? Widdrington. If he refuses get the tea lady to do it. The club is pretty much relegated so it doesn’t matter who is in charge ultimately. Sacking B***** would simply be a symbolic act acknowledging that he was a desperate gamble that hasn’t paid off and given his profile the club would like to retro-actively undo the damage of hiring him in the first place. Get an actual decent manager in in the summer in order to perform a comprehensive re-build. B***** has won only 3 of his last 20 odd games in league one between us and Fleetwood, why on earth do people think that a single finish in the play offs after spending a budget far greater than ours qualifies him for a re-build here? Is their faith in the custodians of Rovers so low that they really believe we couldn’t hire better than Joey bloody B*****? If we can’t then just fold the club now basically. The chances are high that he won’t be Rovers manager if he is found guilty because the FA will take the action that Wael is too soppy to do and remove B***** from the game so planning for him to be here beyond June is ridiculous straight off the bat. Best to nip it in the bud now. It hasn’t worked and if anything he has made things worse. 5 defeats on the spin! Tisdale would be lynched for that if he was still here.

I'm still awaiting a credible reality replacement suggestion if JAB out..... ? not all blooding youngsters is forced, with no other option. you allow B***** the excuse of injuries, but not Ben Garner? For the trip to Wigan Hanlan, Daly and Jonah were unavailable the nearest thing we had to a forward was Nicholson. And he missed an open goal. No Joey didn’t have to bolster our defence with numbers, we look a worse side with five a cross the back allowing opponents the space and time to play just in front of them. Garner still had more idea about controlling the midfield battle and transitioning than B***** has, hence Garners better points reward. Yet although we are going awol in games and don’t look like winning, you think this is so much better than Garners record? We had a sort of bounce straight back from bad result element under Garner which B***** doesn’t have. Whose choosing are these players? Cocko, Garner, Tisdale? Cocko and BG have wanted to be managers for years and feared their time wouldn’t come. If you are the sort of businessman or club owner who like to put people between a rock and a hard place, to have your way and just the way you want it, you are going to have it easy with eagerbeaver greenhorn. Well I have to reply... Um, Wigan away, 0-0 was actually PT, 2nd match in charge. I actually thought we deserved a win that night. With no strikers. I understand frustrations, but forcing BG injury crisis into the B***** OUT convo is extending the urine taking to the extreme. I get it. You prefer BG to JAB. Yet every match we have lost under JAB (apart from Hull) we have performed something to get ourselves out the match, even v Ipswich and Sunderland.... same thing cannot be said for BG. In my opinion... You prefer midfield dominance and see it as priority. Yet we have no holistic players to enforce this. We have individually gifted midfielders, that's true.....but we need to score goals and not concede goals, something midfielders can help but aren't responsible for. Better points reward? True. It's not as simple as middle dominance. It's far more complicated. JAB points reward is awful. But our performances have more or less matched our opponents.....even statistics in possession/shots at goal, etc. Plus, what was BG stats after 10 matches? Try: 0 wins. 4 draws. 6 losses.

B***** out.....fair enough as results so far have been abysmal. But whom in? BG? My pet cat? A cheaper and less divisive figure. The Club is an embarrassment, a laughing stock. The Stone Island clad B***** fanboys reflect this. First step on the road to recovery will be the removal of this toxic, delusional, little man. I voted "out". “My pet cat? A cheaper and less divisive figure.”

Thats the biggest 'laugh' that some people are burying their head in the sand and ignoring the summer and the potential outcome. Next season Joey will do this, that and the other, but someone else might make that decision for us

Joey B***** should be removed as manager now, having not only failed to improve results, but presided over their worsening. We're better with a caretaker already employed by the club, as the evidence bears out. B***** out. BG only managed 6 wins from 33 = 18.2% and 0.85 PPG.

There is absolutely no point in changing manager at this point in the season. The pirate ship is on the open seas and far from land, the supplies are running out and things are desperate but the course is set and there is no option other than seeing this season out. What happens this summer will be critical to our fortunes for the coming few years. I just hope the club gets THAT right... Of course, I will still be praying to the football gods for a miracle over the next few weeks... We are *only* three / four points from safety. UTG There was absolutely no point in changing manager at the last point in the season that we did. We have gone from almost a point a game, with a risk of relegation, to almost no points per game, with almost certain relegation. Tisdale took on a losing team and made them lose less, and was sacked for it. B***** took on this team losing less and made them lose more than the hopeless Garner, and is bigger than the club... on Twitter. Widdrington and Maher can see this out; both know the strengths, weaknesses, and characters of this squad of players better than B***** can, even if one of them is in complete denial as to it's weaknesses.

I voted in cause I feel like it would be a lucrative (by our standards) contract to break wouldn’t it? Plus who could possibly come in at this stage and turn around this. Get through the season, likely get relegated and assess from there.

They picked up slightly, but not enough. Garner's total record is ever so slightly better than B*****'s. Both took over from managers whose total record was an improvement over predecessors, and made things worse, although obviously Tisdale's improvements were nothing like the (with hindsight) bloody miraculous work of Coughlan. I am sorry I failed to appreciate Coughlan at the time. I didn't like him, but I have to say he worked absolute wonders, and his departure was disastrous for our progress.

Thanks to the real BG, BamberG for that..... I'd actually posted general win, draw, loss stat above that the ESB retort conveniently ignored... Nice with hindsight evaluation from mallard man, but: BG start was worse than woeful. It took until our 14th match to win....home v Blackpool, against 10 men, and with a wind assisted Alfie screamer and a deflected Gimley effort wrong footing keeper. At least we've won 2 so far.....but in all honesty it's like comparing turds. Both aren't good enough.

Wael, bring in the next polisher for the turd you have overall responsibility for creating...
