These lads haven’t had a chance.
Whatever has gone before me has been negligent. If they were doctors, they should certainly be struck off for what’s gone on here before, but we can’t do anything about that.
At some point those coaches will probably want to take me to task on that and I’ll have absolutely no issue in showing them exactly what they got wrong and where they got it wrong, and they’ll be better coaches for it, so if they want to get on the phone and have a conversation with me, no problem at all, but the job that’s been done before we got here is negligent and they’ve set these boys up for failure and we’ve got to try to reverse that trend.
They’re a good set of lads, they care about the club and they care about getting better, but you forget that they’re young, they’re getting battered on social media.
Some of them have never played in front of a crowd, so how can you play your best football, how can you not have tension in your body?
I was listening to the great Cus D’Amato last night, motion relieves tension, playing games, getting it out of you. You go back into a stadium for your motion, and there’s more tension there because of what’s at stake.
It’s a tough spot and they’ll learn enormous lessons from this that will help them over the course of their career, as will we as a coaching staff. We will all get better through this process.
So now is he calling out the coaching staff in public, without offering any specific problems.
Now maybe there are, but surely he is better going into training and telling them to f off if he doesn't want them and telling Wael he can't work with these people.
If he means Garner and Tisdale, then his choice of words is poor
He has offered tough words with no substance
More distancing himself from relegation and building/maintaining an image to the fans and wider audience

I’m sorry guys but this is utter utter bullsh&t.
If people believe in this guy then fine, it’s a personal choice, but I know when I smell bullish£t and this reeks so badly of it I’m going to throw up.
I’ve seen some flack towards Ehmer on social media. No idea what warranted that

The thing is....he might be right.
The point about intelligent academic coaching from qualified badges that have never played the game strikes a chord across different businesses.
It does look like JAB is getting in his excuses before the relegation event, but (imo) there is elements of truth in what he says in this press conference.

“Some of them have never played in front of a crowd”
Who exactly? I know we’ve got a younger squad but every single player that has started recently has played in front of crowds. Some of them in the case of Baldwin, Westbrooke and Grant have played for big clubs.

a man with nothing to say, lacking relevance in his life, trying to fill the void with words
it's a step up from violence, I suppose
I almost pity him

I'm not even saying there isn't any truth in that, but again a bit disrespectful to do some of this in public Kevin Maher, knows what being a footballer is about Garner and Mesure, may not have played at any sort of level like Joey B*****, but they have been coaches at top clubs in order to develop players. They were employed for a reason and had some success in those roles at least. They may lack experience with the rough and tumble of 'real' football, but they have been involved in all these professional set-ups that Joey bangs on about what is the negligence? if he means poor recruitment squad wise than maybe he doesn't want to rock the boat any more with the squad he has. In which case, don't f**king say anything

Zain Walker is perhaps the only one I can think of who has never played in front of a large crowd before, but he’s not a regular starter.

No experience of 'real' football... I agree it's very disrespectful to do some of this in public, you're correct imo, it's just as disrespectful to the club, paying fans and contributors if it's true. If some before have been negligent, a big if, then call them out because they're happy taking a pretty penny out of it for themselves. In my opinion, the coaching has to be examined. Why has no one questioned this before? If MS TW have been scrutinised, why not the coaching of on paper decent players?

In which case, don't fing say anything Spider, it’s just unsubstantiated bullsh&t without anything to back it up which nobody is going to come back on and his loyal fans can lap it up. Meanwhile, the local Pravda can focus in this and turn a blind eye to Joeys crap performance as manager, with the blame being cast ever wider and deeper since he swaggered in c&ck sure of his own ability to turn this circus around.

Yea fair play, McCormick apparently played 5 matches for Shrewsbury, and Daly made his Gas debut as a sub back last February 29th where the season finished two weeks later. Minimal.

As soon as I heard the interview, I knew that the boo and hiss brigade would be out on here. You never fail to disappoint and I love it when you use your collective code of ethics card for what is sport aka pantomime. The saintly crew.
B***** is brutal in his analysis. One thing that we know is that he has the support of the owner after this week's outbursts.
In this interview, he has crticised the recruitment ref lack of experience. Absolutely spot-on. Thank you for re-affirming everything that we have been saying.
He also accused previous coaches of negligence and points to Garner as a akin to school teacher. Again, spot on. He was a likeable coach, nothing more.
He has also praised his young squad for having a willingness to learn.
Upshot:
TW to go - justified. This will happen on 10th May.
Maher / Mesure to go - justified. Too many coaches.
Starnes to retire because his DNA / continuity arguments now look ridiculous.
My take. Wael is more clever than we thought. He has appointed B***** mainly because he is a total football enthusiast like himself. Wael has recognised that this whole "sh*t show" needs to be ripped up and has brought in the abrasive B***** to light the proverbial fuse.
It's going to get messy, but as pantomimes go, it's quite enjoyable to watch.
But you lot keep on booing and hissing, as it adds to the atmosphere.
My only advice to Joey is to change his stage name to Jose Bartonio.

Only two months to go and Fleetwood will be able to release their fly on the wall documentary currently being held up from screening on SKY due to a past employees alleged criminal activities.
