Apparently the Kardashian Rejects team asked the BBC not to have "old white men" review their interview with Wiggy. Is'nt it abit suspicious that Wiggy got an invite the the KR wedding after meeting them only once. There's alot of cash for some in this woke industry. In my opinion MM is a scheming woman and her husband supports her nonsense. Hey Steve. Why do you call Oprah Winfrey, "Wiggy"? Regards Dave Roberts Hello Dave,I referred to her as "Wiggy" because I think she is basically a paid up member of the MM club. I admit I did'nt feel completely comfortable being rude about her that way,but then I remembered her God like status and her lack of neutrality (imo) and so typed it anyway. I don't actually care if it's a wig or not or if anyone wears one.

When you start throwing insults about, especially about someone's appearance, it really does devalues any argument you are trying to put across. The moment someone refers to the First Minister of Scotland as 'Wee Jimmy Krankie', for example, I tend not to take any notice of the rest of their argument.

I wondered who was bordering on the rasist in this thread and why they got a warning. Did'nt realise it was me ,indeed if it was me? So someone take the mickey/be rude about Terry Wogan,Bruce Forsyth R.I.P,Elton John etc,but if you do the same about a black person wearing a wig it's bad form, bordering or even rasist? That does'nt add up,even to possible Operah Winfrey fans.

Incidentally, I have no idea what the "MM club" is. While you're there Steve, any chance of examples of her "God like status..." Oprah Winfrey is such a bad person: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oprah_Winfrey#PhilanthropyRegards Dave Roberts

Paid up member of the Meghan Markel club.MM met her once apparently, got invited to the wedding, then got very well paid interview with MM doing her hatchet job on the Monarchy. Operah Winfreys stock may of gone down lately,I don't know,I don't follow her career closely. She has or was , held up as an angel.Or is that wrong. She and I both highly rate a particular book although that probably has nothing to do with this online discussion.

Rex,I was going by you referring to the warning issued by a Moderator (I assume that's what you meant). The warning mentions racism. Apologies if that's wrong. Glad it is,by the sound of it. Edit.Ah.Reading it again, I think you meant me not feeling totally comfortable about referring to Opera Winfrey as "Wiggy",was a warning from me to myself. Got it and I agree.

What I meant was, when you said 'you felt uncomfortable' I meant that was your own personal warning in your head Calling people silly names is for the infant school playground and devalues any argument (in my opinion)

You're right of course ,accepted. Having said that, attacking our Monarchy, the absolute hatchet job done by the Sussex's ,using the rasist word etc and imo assisted by O Winfrey is perhaps a big test for Britons manners. Some Britons. I'm no great fan of the Monarchy. .

To finally explain. I said I felt not completely comfortable about calling Opera Winfrey "Wiggy",not because I thought it might be taken as a racist insult (just incase anyone took it that way),that did'nt enter my mind.
What did enter my mind was how wearing a wig may mean the person is ill or perhaps just very self conscious about hair loss.I would'nt dream of trying to ridicule a person in this position because simply ,it would be extremely cruel and unkind.
I felt that nudge from my conscience but because I'm abit of a prat chose to ignore it.

Moderator CommentPlease, this is a reminder to all to play fair. Accusations and insinuations that someone is racist are serious, so please be VERY careful when brandishing those about without clear evidence I will quite happily lock the thread otherwise The thread doesn't need locking, the conduct of the person who has created a new account and is trolling me across multiple threads, adding nothing to conversation needs dealing addressing. Trolling or adding nothing? You made a statement that Piers was 100% correct in the fact that Meghan was not telling the truth about feeling suicidal. How do you know this to be true? Where is your evidence? You asked me in another thread to first show where Piers made that comment, I did, and now you cannot face to the scrutiny. Please present your evidence, or amend your statement that it is your opinion that she is not telling the truth. Which will it be?

It was a quick response by me to the situation This is a warning to the person in question and a reminder to everyone else to play fair Further action will be taken if said person continues I actually think it's a good thing to have a woman's perspective on this forum. As long as she refrains from throwing either the racist or sexist card around. There's no need for that. I would like to hear more of her input, especially with the female angle she can present. I look forward to her input. Thank you Nobby. I think the question is right to raise about why there seems to be so much hatred towards Meghan. If someone states that it is 100% correct that she is making it up about feeling suicidal, then surely they can present the evidence of that? If they can't it is right to question why they would make something up about someone for no reason. The floor is yours, whiteduke, to thoroughly explain your statement.

There you go, it takes 1 minute to find out how to block Troll's posts in the forum settings, all gone, invisible, can't start conversations with me etc.
Sorted.

That is disappointing to read. You claimed a woman lied about her mental health. When a woman asked you to back that up, you blocked her.
Did I miss anything?

Apparently the Sussex's popularity is lower than it ever has been since her hatchet job on the Monarchy.
The Queen remains popular.

They do seem survivors though.

The main issue is around the racism, which must and I'm sure will be addressed. But on the rest - who cares? What's interesting though is that Charles always seemed to be a bit of a hated figure, but since the Andrew debacle - it actually seems he isn't that bad?

Oh I think the Monarchy will come through this Sussex episode. The American may continue her accusations and scheming, the Palace may need to 'fight back',she is imo divisive but as said,I think HRH wins the day. Assuming it's Charles when Elizabeth dies might be a challenge.I think they'll probably be fine though. Andrew is almost certainly finished and Jack the Ripper might give him ago in the popularity stakes.

What I do find strange though gas78 is that when someone states their opinion you demand they produce 'evidence' to support their opinion, yet you seem to support the opinion of MM without any evidence being presented.
