Have changed Keane for Alan Hansen, Jimmy Greaves IMO is the best british forward we have ever had, 44 goals in 57 games for England is fantastic. Jimmy's overall career record is played 671 & goals 479 = 0.71 average, Alan Shearer is 0.51, Dennis Law is 0.50, Ian Rush is 0.45. You have to go way back to the brilliant Dixie Dean (0.87), George Camsell (0.81) & Hughie Gallacher (0.76), to beat Jimmy's overall career record, there are probably others from way back before WW2, these are 3 of the greats from that era. |
