The EU can't be getting everything wrong, so in the interest of fairness and balance let's have some good news stories from Brussels.....
Over to you.

Well, this thread isn't going at all well is it.
I would have thought that one of our EU supporting friends could at least have pointed towards Brussel's logistical brilliance in organising priority vaccination for their top diplomats ahead of the ordinary people they are supposed to be serving...

Apparently the EU vaccine programme is not too far behind Moroccos programme.

In other news the government are considering banning EU bottled water in retaliation for them banning our seafood after they had assured us we could continue to export it as before.
I’d be more inclined to ban their fishing boats from our waters and invite them to see sense. We’re only asking them to abide by the agreement they made. I suspect a little bit of revenge for our vaccine programme is going on here.

Now now chaps. This is a thread dedicated to the good stuff regarding the EU. We have been bombarded with the negative views of Brexit, so we should give an outlet for those who wish to rejoin the EU.

I do actually miss the pro-EU contribution (of course I struggle to embrace their views). It's become a little bit of an echo chamber. Akin to listening to James O'Brien taking calls from his own sycophants. So - any pro-EU people left, comments welcomed. Or has the number of ardent pro-EU supporters declined dramatically in the face of the EU vaccine roll out?

Or has the number of ardent pro-EU supporters declined dramatically in the face of the EU vaccine roll out? They still hold their views, it's just that they can't defend them right now in the face of the vaccine situation, what the EU tried to do in Ireland, the fact that not a single person has lost their job over their actions in Ireland, and their deliberate sabotage of smooth operations of trade between us and the remaining member states. I'll wager that if there were a referendum in every member state tomorrow France, Germany, Holland, Belgium and Italy would all vote to leave. Anyway, this is how the German press view our disastrous decision to inflict harm on ourselves, cut ourselves off from essential trading partners and all that other rubbish that Remain tried to brainwash us with, www.msn.com/en-gb/money/other/dear-britain-we-envy-you-german-newspaper-congratulates-uk-in-bitter-attack-on-merkel/ar-BB1dY8wp?c=16942225000900208322,15018456887255606632&mkt=en-gb,en-us

£ GBP hits a 3 year high against major currencies.
There goes another Remain lie, blown out of the water.
All the markets wanted was to know what was happening, it wasn't the referendum result itself that put downwards pressure on the £, it was just uncertainty, years of which were caused by Remain doing everything in their power to reverse the referendum result. So well done to them, how many billions has that cost the UK?
No wonder they are all too ashamed and embarrassed to contribute to this thread.

Well, I think it's time for me to bat for the other side for a change, and report on what is seen as being a success in the world of the European Project. It's the vaccine fiasco within the EU. Yes, this is a resounding success for the EU, and I'll explain why it is being seen as such. One of the major problems being reported by the EU was the need to talk, negotiate and agree with the 26 members on the strategy, procurement and costing of the vaccine roll out across the EU. It took time and resulted in the unholy mess we are now witnessing. The answer to this problem is obvious. The EU needs more power, more integration and even more control over the member states. The EU were hampered by having to talk to the member states and also having to beg for the money needed. Next time the EU needs to act swiftly it can if it has greater control over the decision making process, and the money. This is in everyone's best interest. So, despite thousands more needlessly dying in the EU due to Covid and the slow roll out of any vaccine, the whole fiasco is actually being seen as a success for the European Project. It underlines everything they have been preaching about the EU. The answer is actually more EU.
So, for the supporters of the EU project I am claiming the vaccine fiasco as a success.

I see Femi Oluwole has crawled out from under a roack again.
You may remember him, he's the guy who phoned a UK radio show from America putting on a strange voice whilst trying to pretend that he was someone different.
Now he's demanding an apology from leavers because of the disaster Brexit has been.
But this particular poor little confused child can't even manage to defend his own side without insulting someone, he's under fire not so much for talking rubbish, we're used to that from him, it's more for saying that fishermen are turning to alcoholism as a result of Brexit.
Give him more air time I say, he's a constant reminder of just how unhinged Remain were and still are.

Still nothing from Remain or The Left.
Let's try some humour to see if that tempts them back.
Hi, my name's Jeremy Corbyn, and my pronouns are Has & Been.
