If JB is appointed, and he gets Ricky Hill to be assistant, will they live in B***** Hill? Oi! Get your own jokes please. :-)

New owners, new standards. Hardly new Pop. 5 years on Friday. 5 years. Yeh, just a way of sharing my emotions. B***** would be the first Rovers manager that I would struggle to support. There have been a few that I wasn't keen on but got behind them every time.

Sorry iam going to go against the tide on this one, as we are currently like a runaway train destination League 2. The last thing we need at the moment is another lightweight manager, We need a hard b'stard to do a hard b'stard job. At this level Joey Hard Barstone has a 40% win ratio which will keep us up, and who knows what might happen to our friends across the river. it's not to much to hope for. but Just imagine we come out of Covid s**tfest with two local derbies and a Christmas to look forward to.,.............

Even if you buy into that nothing about anything he has ever done suggests that he actually is a hard b'stard - he's just a dickhead, a bully and a wind up merchant. Like a far nastier criminal version of Robbie Savage. He doesn't fit that bill in any realistic way and his Fleetwood record is actually quite underwhelming because he had pretty big resources there. Certainly nothing there suggests he's the one for a relegation battle. Any time in his entire career he's encountered any sort of adversity he has lost his s**t normally in quite spectacular ways. There is nothing at all to suggest that he's the guy who would be good in a crisis - in fact it's quite the opposite.
If you want someone who actually does fit that mould than I believe that Martin Allen is available (not that I'm advocating but the difference between Allen and B***** is night and day and, to clear, I think Allen is a nasty piece of work too).

Assuming it's true that we tried to sign Stockley (he preferred Charlton Ath),then eg,would Paddy Madden leave Fleetwood to play for a Joey B***** led Rovers?
I've lost track of transfer rules, but if it were possible to sign PM,there is a decent step towards improving our chances of remaining 3rd tier.
A possible positive for Joey B*****.
Transfer rules?

Hardly new Pop. 5 years on Friday. 5 years. 5 years 1 promotion No relegations 18 million spent Crediting Wael for that promotion is like having Edmund Hillary get to within 50 feet of the summit of Everest, taking a helicopter ride to join him there, snatching the flag out of his hand, running to the peak, planting the flag and pretending that you did the climb yourself.

I would rather not, but technically it was under his watch. Even so, spending 18 million to not even mount a serious promotion challenge in league one is staggering. Would anybody dare to make a case that it was money well spent and that the club is being run efficiently? Just imagine what John Coleman could do with 9 million never mind 18. Wael admitted 97p in the £ was going on players wages. Proof, for me, that we need a proper scouting system.

Regardless - finances are still totally out of control when there are numerous other bills to be paid.
