Another game, another defeat, no goals.
Worst Rovers squad I can remember, ever.

That was what you call smash and grab, two shots and a lot of nothing else, I called it at about 65 mins that we needed to take off a defender as they weren't making us need 3 at the back or 5, Tis dis it but i would have put the extra striker on there, we looked more dangerous when Rodman and Daly were on

Bring on the post-match interview Tis. Can't wait. Simple, The players are sh*te and I should have listened to those who said Rovers weren't the club for me. Let Widdrington lead his squad into League 2.

Another game, another defeat, no goals. Worst Rovers squad I can remember, ever. not really, when Cambell decided to lead this club to relegation along with his little spoilt boys, that turned into a disgraceful team and deseves the "worst of the lot" title

Did not understand our tactical switch to 4 3 3 with two playing wide up front. We seemed better with 2 up top and Nicholson drifting behind.

GC has spent so much time with his missus since he got sacked that he might listen to offers ...

Oh dear.
We're doomed!
This is reminiscent of any relegation we've suffered where we huff and puff and create tons of half chances, then switch off for a few minutes in defence and find we've been beaten. Again.
Too many defensive errors, eventually they're going to get punished. Poor.
Too many half chances that resulted in powder puff shots, or blasters that went wide or just over, or we get in each others' way. Poor.
That said, we were never out the match and it was a worldy save by Day that was Anssi-like! Commentary hardly mentioned it.
I also like the cross pitch ball to Williams, finely picked out by finding space and his deliveries from there were decent. Might have even had a goal too, unlucky, my m o m.
Really like contribution from Day, Grant, Rodders, Alfie, McCormick.....
Can lose Oz, Baldwin, Ehmer (where was he when out defence in last 10 mins was no where just watching? Also, awful two foot challenge at end), Ayunga.
Interesting line up. I understand players need a rest, but it appeared we had thrown the game before kick off only to create a host of chances but no one good enough to finish...... I'm still left wondering what if we had signed some sort of striker in the window? Maybe one of those loosehalf chances might have gone in ? ....oh yea, silly me, we still would have conceded more! It just feels like that atm.
Times ticking, if we lose Saturday I really do have to question if PT can get us out the trouble we have found ourselves on?
But then, who can with this shower .. ?

Just listened to Tis - seemed to me a pot at others for not signing a striker.

He is not a magician not Paul Daniels but Paul Tisdale. He said the team was fabulous and Rodman was superb and has cemented his place for the rest of the season.
Worrying comments for me.
The lack of goals is because of poor recruitment last summer.

Punchless, rudder-less and soft. Where are the leaders? Where's the fight? To think we once had Jonah, Twentypence, Jocky, Ollie, Yatesy and Reecey in the same team and now we are left with this lot - wetter than a wet weekend in Weston-super-Mare. Can't we get Coughlan and Craig back to shout at them? Its a good job Covid is keeping the crowds away as this lot would got short shrift at the Mem.

It seems we won't be signing a striker and so my hope is Hanlon and Daly can do the job.
I was reminded of the Spurs 9 Rovers 0 game at Stanley the other day. That season we looked like we were going down, then we signed a striker from non league, Paul Randall.
I don't blame PT II.I think he's been dealt a poor set of cards by Ben Garner,Wriddlington and WAQ.
Hanlon & Daly to begin scoring or it's 4th tier next time.
For those that attend.

We have sacked whoever was responsible for recruitment last summer I presume?

Basically what he said was if we go down it's not his fault. I didn't hear anything that suggested he was going to do his damnedest to make sure we didn't.

He has to try and get the best out of the squad and so hitting them when they are down would'nt make alot of sense. No good saying eg 'yes,we're not very good at all and will almost certainly go down'. He has to lift these players ready for the Swindon game.

'20 games to go 'I have a team' "They've got to put the ball in the back of the net. I can do no more." What's your point Anne? The final third is a problem. He has recognised that and will be working on it.

He said he's got strikers for the future. He needs strikers for now. All he can do is what he's doing and hope they can find a way to put the ball in the net. Didn't sound too hopeful to me. One step away from saying he's taken this squad as far as he can.
But we live in hope. We're well used to that.
