Goalkeeper coach David Coles has left Rovers for personal family reasons.
Good luck to him and his family.

Has Steve Perryman been seen yet?
Good luck to Dave and his family.

He is part of the reason that Paul Tisdale has had success in his career and the supporters would love his cheerleading antics in the stands. Also great in the corporate areas.

I can think of two disastrous board decisions when individuals were appointed without their mentors.
Ray Graydon (Paul Taylor) Paul Trollope promoted to manager (Lennie Lawrence)

I remember him being on the touchline for an opposing team, possibly Gulls.I'll just say I don't like his style. I recognise you may be correct.

That would have been Exeter City Bas.

This confusion will end once Bath is reincorporated into Wiltshire. Of course it will be said that this is a bit ambitious, but the time will come.
Meanwhile the thrust is coming through the Farleigh Hungerford salient...

I remember you mentioning this on a thread months ago and me being daft enough to think it must refer to First World War battlefield.

Meanwhile the thrust is coming through the Farleigh Hungerford salient... Re-incorporated? Bath has been in Somerset since Alfred the Great's victory over the Danes at the Battle of Edington in 878. Unless you are hankering after its return to Mercia?

You need to go back to 577 AD, Battle of Deorham - Bath and a chunk of 'NE Somerset' (an early precursor of Banes) incorporated into the kingdom of the West Saxons. Britons banished. Alfred the Great a johnny-come-lately intent on expanding eastward. We're going in the opposite direction, please note. This will facilitate recruitment of Berkshire mercenaries who will potentially be rewarded by the cession of selected eastern outposts of Swindon. Keep this to yourself.

When I returned from RAF Laarbruch in Germany in 1969,I chose RAF Colerne,Bath,RAF Locking at Weston and RAF Lyneham.Think it must have been a City fan who sent me instead to RAF Stafford.Been here since then but amazingly moving next month to Colyton in Devon. Rovers used to train at RAF Colerne under Ray Graydon but he banned the press which wasn't exactly a PR Master stroke.
