Exactly the same here.4 years of complete Trump derangement syndrome from our media, facts were irrelevant, Orange Man Bad, that's all you need to know.
Now Biden has created absolute chaos on the southern border and it's not mentioned. Had this have happened under Trump it would have been the lead story on every TV news outlet. In fact, on multiple occasions, Obama's systems on that border were described as barbaric, inhumane etc and blamed on Trump as the lead story.
The hilarious thing is that some people here still claim we have right wing media, and I think they believe what they are saying.
There has just been a vote about unionization at a big Amazon warehouse in Alabama and the workforce voted 2- 1 against it. When the Union leaders are interviewed on TV you can see the acute astonishment on their faces “We thought Big Tech was behind us, what is going on?” Now there will be a big legal battle because claims have been made that the vote was rigged and Amazon illegally put pressure on their staff not to join a Union.
People don’t understand the sophistication of the brainwashing techniques which are used to persuade people what to think. So when the media appear to champion things like the fight for better pay and conditions for workers or the fight for positive discrimination for ethnic minorities many are tricked into thinking this is genuine support when actually it is just tactical manipulation.
As we discussed last year, there appears to be a worldwide mission to deliberately promote conflict and create fear and anxiety but why, and what the endgame is, remains a mystery. We have all been brought up to believe the aims of society are to work towards peace, prosperity, fairness and friendship but I think it’s fairly clear now that not everyone shares this goal.
As you'll know if you've followed my ranting across the different threads, I'm not exactly on board with creationist theories.
My Daughter very kindly, and wisely, bought for my birthday a couple of years back a National Geographic Gene Test kit, it's absolutely absorbing and fascinating. It traces your gene history back to Africa, where there's sufficient evidence for me to be satisfied that all human life that remains on earth today originated. We are all more closely related than some would be comfortable admitting.
Anyway, still nothing on the news here about that Uber driver who was murdered, but BBC are running as a front page story the death of Daunte Wright, a black man shot by Police.
