2020 Well that was poo - Good riddence to the stinkest year ever! Maybe just maybe, we will shortly be able to take back control of our lives again which would mean simple pleasures such as cuddling the grand kids, daughters etc, having the banter of the Office, watching a band or two, and raising the roof of the Blackthorn with the first live home goal for over a year.
Happy New Year fellow Gasheads!

Two other local pubs, worth a reminder for great live music being the Cat & Wheel and the Blue Lagoon. The biggest buzz for me will be ten minutes before kick off at our first real football match back at the Mem, seeing all the familar faces, handshakes and embraces, a ripper of a sing song, cheering and encouraging a new Gas team (who we have only seen as subuetto men) to score that goal which will take the roof off and arguably eclipse Rickies goal against the s***e, the final penalty against Grimsby and the last minute winner to get promotion to league One. Last year has been a living nightmare, and to think we used to get stressed over Brexit, and other trivia! UTG
