Today's game is not on "ifollow", which is the brand and technology promoted by the Football League ("EFL").
The early season friendly games have been stream on "Inplayer", not "ifollow".
We are still waiting for confirmation from Rovers that the game against Cardiff today is being streamed at all.
If you meant "Inplayer", what you have to do is just click on the "Buy Now" button ten minutes or so before the kick-off time (even if you have already bought your "pass"). You might be asked again for your password, or you might just be presented with the video stream.
Last week I signed onto Ipswich Towns Ifolliw to watch the LC game.
I'm now trying to sign onto Rovers ifollow, but it tells me my email is already being used.
So do I attempt - again - to cancel my Ipswich thing ,before trying to sign - again - with Rovers ifollow?
I'm told there's a "chat bubble" on the ifollow Rovers site somewhere,to ask for help, but I can't find it.
I feel my natural Luddite tendencies simmering.
You've probably already seen the "iFollow Guide", as you've talked about the chat tool. Anyway, this is what that Guide says: (I hope the availability "three hours before and after the final whistle" also applies to Saturdays).
I have a problem with my account - who do I contact? There a number of ways to contact support services in regards to a problem you may be experiencing with your account.
Email: [email protected] Phone: 0207 826 4577 (8am-10pm Monday to Friday, as well as three hours before and the final whistle) - billing and subscription enquiries only via this outlet. Live chat: Use the chat tool in the bottom right-hand corner of the Rovers website (8am-10pm Monday to Friday, as well as three hours before and after the final whistle).
We recommend supporters test their login and redeem codes in ample time ahead of kick-off.
