is it DS's charge over the Mem, or 1883's, do you know? The charge over the Mem is held by Dwane Sports Ltd. Which is at least 90% owned by whom?

The charge over the Mem is held by Dwane Sports Ltd. Which is at least 90% owned by whom? Equiom Nominees No1 (Jersey) Limited and Equiom Nominees No2 (Jersey) Limited. As curly wurly has posted, many Gasheads must be thinking and wondering and hoping that Wael hasn't made a mistake on this which is why I have emphasized the need for him to be taking good advice. Leaving aside the background to how it accumulated the fact is that having £ 18.4 million owing to an offshore company is not a bad thing for a potential investor in that company. If you look at it from an outsiders perspective the writing off of the £ 2.1 million interest would have been an adequate gesture to appease the fans but keeping the £18.4 million offshore could have made Rovers more attractive to anyone coming in. But it remains the case that we have been told no inward investment is being sought or is needed so until that changes I guess we can only speculate about the capitalization and the charge.
