Yes, fair comment. What should we talk about instead? How about Rovers? There's a load of new contracts being signed, movement on the stadium (allegedly), a great scheme for season ticket holders, huge reductions on replica kits (if that's your thing). Plenty more as well. Can't believe we've let Sercombe go!

Why do some assume it's the clubs decision to let him go. If a new contract is not acceptable to the player, for whatever reason, then it is choice. We have to be better with the terms of contracts, don't want anymore Bennett's.

One point about Bennett. We signed him right at the end of a January transfer window, when we were desperate for some flair. You have to ask who authorised this signing- Hamer or Wael?
We were mugs, because his form at Portsmouth was patchy, according to their fan-base. One look at him and you sensed that you had another Tommy N. Neat, but a League 1 bantamweight.
3.5 years!!!

Can't you lot ever give it a rest? It's like a playground. You smell of poo. And wee but the smell of nicotine has gone which makes it worse.

Can't you lot ever give it a rest? It's like a playground. You smell of poo. Bloody hell, you lot. I haven't written on the Guzzler in a month. Indeed I 'ducked off' when I stopped enjoying it. As noted, it's for the best when it's so. I was also busy with more serious affairs. A judge just ordered my duckling live here. I didn't fly away from foolly only! When over-excited, foolly is intolerable. But he's as much right to write as anyone. When calm, he's perfectly interesting. This, whether we agree or disagree profoundly. I recommend a month off when it bothers you. But we are bound always to return. We're Gas Guzzlers, one and all. Thanks for the nice comments, too.

Well said, did it myself couple of years back, had about 9 months off, felt a lot better once I came back.

Glad to hear you took a break as opposed to an encounter with Gorringe sauce..
