whilst, ironically, glossing over Blake’s sexual metaphor. eh? 'arrows of desire'? Surely not? it's a hymn to social justice, isn't it?

And I've got the crowd noise on Disappointing I can honestly say that the best game I've seen in this new post-fans world was Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern and it's because I watched it on a dodgy internet stream that was using US coverage. They had the crowd noise turned up to the max. so it actually did sound like a big crowd and to my surprise that really worked. I don't understand why they don't all do this. They give the option for those that don't want the crowd noise so if you don't like it you can just turn it off. But what I learned from that US coverage is if you're going to do the crowd noise thoing then you need to go the whole hog. What we have is kind of computer game crowd noise and its rubbish. Just giv us a loud full crowd noise. I knew full well it was fake but my brain seemed to trick me into thinking it was real on some level. Also, would it kill our commentators to try and fill the void with a bit of emotional commitment, humour and enthusiasm? The one thing I've definitely realised is how dull our approach to commentary is. That's fine when the game and atmosphere speaks for itself but this needs a bit more razzmatazz. Jonathan Pearce stood out a mile on the MOTD coverage as a commentator who actually sounded pleased to be there!

It's to show support and solidarity to the BLM protest. An organisation with strong links to the Marxist far Left.So some people might not want to kneel down and worship Marx whose philosophy got 100,000,000 million killed in the last century. The way things are in football, not kneeling down for BLM ,is on par with coming out as gay. Both would sadly take some guts. Thanks. As the son of proud Poles, I’m well aware of Karl Marx. If not for Poland fighting back the red army and heavily outnumbered, we could well be speaking Ruski now. This is why Stalin never forgave Poles and Poland & also why he tried to eliminate all intelligentsia, in the woods of Katyn. I thought the blame was put on the Nazis at first for Katyn? So the devious sods tried to blame a similar genocidal regime they had in common.

It’s hard for me to even write about it as dad only got away from being taken as he rode to his home and disobeyed orders 😢

What happens to a player that won't take the knee? Will his wishes be respected or will he be labelled a racist and his life made a misery? [/quote]
Well it appears Burnley FC and the BBC are absolutely disgusted, appalled and shocked that some people/fans have a different opinion to theirs and the glorious Premier.

Freedom of speech without presenting a bias, or most times just editing out a different perspective has been dead for ages. Ask the duck..

It's a great shame and I understand why there is a movement to defund 'our' tv station.Personally I hope the BBC remains because a BBC with no favouritism , to our Left or Right , is a great thing. It'll take some sorting though. I hope by time Rovers are playing at the Mem again this kneeling to the Far Left bollocks has ended.

so that marvellous man Chris Whitty is expecting us to need social distancing and still be living with the pandemic until Spring next year. And I think he should know better than anyone
the best hope of that timeframe being foreshortened seems to me to be for the Oxford vaccine to be found to be very effective, and to be rolled out across the country during October-January, starting with the oldies and medical professionals
the above might be ideal for MK Dons, as they will (with extra procedures and management) still be able to play in front of their whole crowd. But what about everyone else?
