On BBC radio Bristol tonight with Starnes sounds like club planning on losing at least half a million in receipts due to lose of fixtures. Their insurance policy may not cover loses due to this virus.
Players on standby to resume training as soon as fixtures back again.Looks like matches behind closed doors. Fans asked to buy season tickets.

From what I've read, it looks like the season will be completed, albeit running well into the summer. Won't they recoup the money then?

on the proviso that enough players are fit and able to play, and most likely behind closed doors, cannot see the restriction being lifted before august regarding spectators attending anything in large numbers, i get the impression that the EFL/FA and some supporters think that footballers are totally immune from this virus!!!

There definitely will not be any insurance help.

Players resume training?
Sunderland apart, I was wondering if they were training at all with some of the cr@p football that's been dished up this year..

Players and managers apart, the club have some very good staff and helpers in the background.
I hope their welfare and financial interests are looked after as much as it can be in these difficult times.
