OMG Or maybe JCH is being sold ? Was JCH genuinely injured today or just being wrapped in cotton wool for his future owners? Listening to the GC interview he's clearly had enough of the backroom shinanagins. The next few days will be a strong indicator to the current owners true ambition and intent for the club.

His family are missed by him they live up North and maybe Joe Dunne/Kevin Maher were brought in to take over.

Clearly, really? Not sure I picked up on that. He was rambling a little.

The next few days will be a strong indicator to the current owners true ambition and intent for the club. Clearly, really? Not sure I picked up on that. He was rambling a little. "... I don't know where I can take this football club" That was the telling comment for me. I think it would suggest he's not going to get the backing to kick on from our current position. As Rovers supporters that lack of ambition is nothing new but if GC wants to make the very best of his managerial career, staying with Rovers under our currents owners is not the way to do it.

Maybe his quote about it's the players not him that have got us in this position he said all he does is put some cones out!
Feeling under valued?

Listening again, I'm leaning towards him having been offered another job. Probably totally wrong of course, I often am

The owners would be thinking of them as Coughlan clones and hoping to strike second time lucky. If Coughlan goes, it has to be Holloway.

Ian Holloway is a Rovers great, but how has he demonstrated any managerial nouse recently?

Ian Holloway is a Rovers great, but how has he demonstrated any managerial nouse recently? He's managed at championship level, and is experienced. If he didn't have links to Rovers, he wouldn't even consider the job. If this Mansfield rumour is true, it looks like Coughlan has just dumped on the club from a great height. The club needs a manager who understands the club and respects it. Holloway, Clarke or even Ward meet the bill. Also bring Stewart back and promote Mansell. Clean sweep of the backroom staff and the Al-Qadis and their hangers-on need to sell up and leave.
