Chance for the team to improve on the dreadful performance on Sunday against Plymouth.
Orient have not played for ten days they lost to Maldon & Tiptree in FA Cup and have beaten Southend our opponents 2-0 in the EFL Trophy. Orient are without a win in seven outings - a run that stretches back until mid-October.
Expect Shotstopper in goal and hopefully THD, Rodman and Bennett back in the side. Would be good if Kieron Phillips our youth team striker makes the bench. Is Rollin suspended for tonight ? Did Clarke's booking on Sunday take him over the limit and is he suspended ?

Playing very poorly.We don't pass as well as other teams and other than JCH,our forwards never score. Still,go through on pens so £20,000 sponsorship better off.

So I interpret we are still playing badly.....and still picking up results. Frustrating for the GC burning pitchfork brigade I guess (which I consider myself an honourary member).
But seriously what do you do with a side that is;
1)almost universally recognised as playing uninspiring stuff, has fundamental issues with squad balance and quality and a manager who lartge part of the fanbase (at best) doesn't seem to have taken to very well?
but also......
2)keeps picking up results which on paper suggest we are currently experiencing our most successful season in nearly 20 years?
I have found this season baffling on about every level.

I'm disappointed we're not boycotting this shambles. An attendance of 865 including 106 away fans would suggest most of us are.

Bloody freezing tonight fair play fair to the fans who attended They should get first choice of Wembley tickets if we get there. Poor performance again only JCH,Craig and Tomlinson played well. Good penalty saves by Shotstopper.

I guess fans will just continue doing what a growing number seem to be, enjoying the good results whilst choosing to give the dross football a miss.

I watched on ifoolow' it was terrible, Orient were the better side and they fielded a weak team, terrible on the eyes and my ears were ringing with Keith the commentator clearing his throat every10 seconds, waste of valuable sleep for me.

Good penalty saves by Shotstopper. I wouldn’t go to Wembley IF we got to that. Why would I when I have no interest in the tournament ? The only reason I comment on it is no different to a development team game. We put out a strong side but, yet again, we fail to beat a lowly placed L2 side. You can keep any tickets I’d have bought, if it were a decent competition

The games against Plymouth and Leyton Orient sounded dire, but very few higher league teams play well against lower league opposition.
The lower league team raising their game is usually what happens. Narrow and scrappy wins are to be expected. It seems strange, given our past cup history, that they do not appear to be welcomed?
How often is the gap between teams reflected in the actual performance? Hardly ever is the answer.
