It's a great feeling to be looking forward to a match with a huge amount of positivity and the possibility of us ending the day in 2nd place of League 1. How many years since we've been able to say that. I'd be happy with a draw today but have a feeling we can sneak this one. 1-2 to the Gas! COYB!!

Ollie Clarke back in for Sercombe and the Fin takes over the gloves from the shot stopper I knew it. I think it’s been pretty obvious we are a better side with OC not starting. I have no dislike of him just that I think he’s not the calibre of player to inspire others...or himself

Having said that I rate Clarke as goal threat

Penalty.Don't let Nichols take it!!!!!!!!!!
Nichols takes and predictably sends a weak shot straight into their keeper's arms. Not sure why he took it??? And now we are one down!!!!!!!!!

Ollie Clarke back in the starting XI and Nichols is our penalty taker. Glad I didn't bother going.

I'm not at the game, but, I can't believe that Nichols is anywhere near the first team. I'm a fan of the managers, but, he needs to have a serious look at himself for allowing Nichols to take a penalty, let alone picking him in the first place. Nichols should have his contract paid up.

Wasn't there today, but can only go by manager comments post match.
Obviously something not right today, so I think it's fair criticism to say too little change it not enough, too late.
Not making comments on Nichols as we all know where we all stand with that ... Over a period of so many months and years, how some players still find their way into starting lineup begs the question if we were serious about making a challenge in this division, why?
So yes, it's not the fellas fault he missed penalty, he tries his best, but to entrust a strike force with him in it on such a woeful goal return is somewhere near negligent and GC recording another 0 away from home, is his fault entirely.
What a monumental knob to still keep playing Nichols.
Ok we didn't pass well. We didn't work their defence at all. We were poor when we were in possession.
But to go 1-0 up might have made a difference....then again auntie having b©llocks is as apt as Nichols f in scoring in open play.
Jesus wept. Sometimes, so do I..

No he doesn't. He let his guard down and actually put a shift in for a couple of weeks, now he's back to playing at half throttle. The bloke is an absolute disgrace. The bare minimum for anybody, at any level, is to go out and do your best, not to trot around at half pace whilst your team mates cover for you. He needs to go. To answer your other point, no, these owners will be terrified of promotion, can you imagine the losses they could run up in that division? I suspect anyway that we are close to the point where Hani will be telling Wael that if he wants to carry on playing he'll have to start putting some of his own savings in.

BRFC Twitter alert: Nichols has penalty saved. I laughed at that un. He looked out of his depth most of the game and it was no surprise when he was taken off. The lack of confidence excuse is wearing a bit thin now, he's just not up to it imo, end of. Frustrating to watch him. With Clarke back in we were on the receiving end of what we've been dishing out recently and that was painful to see. The midfield balance and composure of recent weeks was just not there. Donny took advantage and got their just rewards. They didn't have a lot of threat up front either but got forward in numbers with some pacy running and neat passing, especially down the right channel. To sum up, without JCH we simply have no punch and become jittery. Rodman showed plenty of skill and endeavour so I voted him MoM in the absence of any other candidate.

I've been to all four 2-0 away defeats, but missed the 1-0 and 3-1 wins. Anyone like to pay me to stay at home?
