Fond memories of Luton away when the Latvian oozed class from start to finish in a thumping win. I think we got 4 but the shots rained in on the hatters goal and they were punch drunk at the end. Also remember some very interesting food on sale near the ground!

A draw at Luton Town would probably be another building block layed. Naturally i hope for a win,but a draw won't be bad at all.

I was in Luton last year and popped up to look at the stadium to add to my list. It wasn't a bit like I'd imagined it from Brian Moore's eloquent commentaries on a Sunday afternoon. The street at the back of the low stand wasn't a street at all but several terraced streets stopping just short of it with an alley separating them from the stand. Alleys being what they are, it was smelly and damp with the odd discarded bin liner full of rubbish. One of the ends was cute though because you entered the ground through a Victorian house. The ground was really crammed in between houses. The only space was the car park, and that had a busy major road right in front of it.

Been very disappointed with Rodman and Upson thus far. They both seem to lack 'Oomph' and don't get involved enough.Suspect Parts and Sics will be back in contention on the bench.Think another defeat will confirm it's going to be a fight against relegation season as our form has been really mediocre.Luton have an excellent home record so not expecting a win but will settle for a point or even a striker scoring!!!!!.Hope Matthews starts and that Nichols doesn't feature but hey if we win free beer all round from me.

Also remember some very interesting food on sale near the ground! Memories of Luton away, has to be FA Cup fourth round, early 86. Previously in third round at Eastville, dark, cold, wet and historic afternoon knocked out a top tier Leicester, I think Alan Smith was playing for them, Morgan hit two for us and Byron Stevenson scored 100 yard free kick, pace and curl, unstoppable. So off we go to Luton, who are even higher than foxes in top tier, thanks to a plastic pitch that is very epitome of plastic, hard for away sides to adjust, as there is no such thing as passing into space as thats a throw in. 12 months later Liverpool go down there for FA Cup tie and lose 4. 1, so if we can keep it to 6.2 or something we wouldn’t be doing too bad. Dump of a ground. No friendly welcome. The key thing I remember was the crowd trouble. A block of us gas were in a stand far away from the gas behind the goal, like Henry says in car ad you don’t watch football you feel it, it felt like being in the Alamo at times, we were under constant attack from waves of carnival performers who wanted to practice biting the heads off chickens. Meanwhile behind the goal it looked like all the yeomanry in the county were hacking and whacking their way through Bristol Rovers Football fans. That’s 32 years ago. Do me a favour lads, go down there and get a win. Have a party and make the hatters mad.

Sercombe was absolutely brilliant signing last season, but we are probably making that opinion over 8 months not 8 games, so still early days for Upson and Rodders to win us all over. And Payne too. Bottom line is though, we havnt passed ball so well this season, even Liverpool and Man City front lines would look average with the service our forwards been getting?

I seem to recall that many years ago when there was still open terracing at Luton that we were penned in with Luton fans on either side of us who would then throw coins at us.
When they put the seats it was just as bad as they put a row of seats on every terrace step which meant you had to be less than 5ft tall to sit in even a modicum of comfort.

Looks likely a first half without a single Rovers shot registering, glad it's still 0-0
