I am just a little bit pissed off that our first team loses to a League 1 youth team yes. As we say every pre season it is about the patterns of play, not the results. But our patterns of play includes letting in more goals than we score. I do fear for this season. I would rather lose every preseason game and start the season with a side who have gained an understanding of each other and the style of play required.Pre season results count for nothing,we have had successfull preseasons before but when it came to the crunch we did zilch, lets see what happens in the first few months of the season before making predictions, btw are you still KS Yes. BTW can someone point me to the season where we had wonderful preseason results then followed by a rubbish league season? Or Perhaps when we have won one pre season league game out of 8-9 matches and then had a great season?

Welcome back,Kim,i did not say we had a season where we won all our pre season matches but we have had those where we have won more than we lost.At the end of the day these games are for teams to get used to each other and the style of play they are expected to produce,at this time of year results mean nothing, its fitness and systems nothing more nothing less.If we hit the ground running in the next few weeks and get off to a flier points wise then pre season will be deemed a success regardless of results
