..and Jamie White? Jury out for me. Stepping up from Scottish football to the higher levels of League 1 proved too much for most other north of border strikers. I hope it works out. Would love to see Telford here permanently. And big fella up front. Be surprised to see Telford and a big fella up front. We have three strikers now so would expect another one in. We’d only get two more in if one of the three we have goes wouldn’t we? Jamie White eh? Didn’t work out, poor guy was completely messed up by his injuries. I thought when we signed him it was a good signing, his reputation down here in south Coast was very good. Was only when I saw him that you realised he couldn’t do it any longer. That he went in the Autumn tells me DC knew it was a gamble that didn’t work. UTG!

Watch much of it?
It's probably one of the most competitive leagues in Europe.
I only watch old firm but too much is aimed at how poor it is and I don’t understand why because, when I have strayed into a Scots match, it’s always seemed very fastly paced and open. More enjoyable to watch, from the little I’ve seen welcome to the Gas, Cureton is only little too yet people called him lazy while scoring scores of goals, regularly you REALLY are a huge football fan aren’t you. Fair play chewbacca, I don’t know how you afford it and the travel but good on you Generally the standard of Scottish football is poor yet players such as Dembele, Van Dijk and few others reach a spicy figure. Looking at the numbers I think Rachel Riley would be a more suitable signing!!

I hope not, but if true Blackburn are interested, who would stop him going?

Nichols is a mistake, he's had pretty much one whole season and not produced. Ok, a mistake let's move on and learn from it. Pop him out on loan. We have two strikers and Nichols. We need another.

For what he is supposed to cost o2 I don’t think he will be sent anywhere he will get another chance. After last season I understand the negativity around him but I think DC will give him another chance. But we still need another striker to go with the three of them. And wouldn’t it be great if he got a couple at Posh on opening day to shut up his critics from both clubs in one go. (Actually, it would be great if anyone scored a couple on the opening day at Posh). UTG!

I know we're off topic on Nichols but I'm struggling to see what more we could learn that we don't already.
I take your financial point.
There comes a time....

You may be right o2. I think he will be given a second chance in August and September but if it’s still not working DC will have alternatives and after his second chance perhaps that time will have come to move on. Although with the changes in how loans work he’ll have to wait for January won’t he? UTG!
