We did!! Deserved to win apart from smiths howler which seems to be a problem because it is not the first time he has miskicked a clearance.shades of Brian parkin.we controlled the game for long spells lines clarke and Sercombe ran midfield.bennett looks a decent player with an eye for goal but I would love to know what Ellis has to eat on match days because he just doesn't stop working.the swindon defenders must be having nightmare s about him. I hope the club sit him down and get him signing a new contract because if we don't the vultures will be circling looking for another bargain striker from the gas I will be 100% shocked if he signs a new contract. Really want the club to keep him, but can not see it happening.

We did!! He just told me they left early. He’s pig sick. Oh man, imagine leaving then missing a win. The goal was timed at 80 mins, there was ages left.

Suspect he will see how he does for the rest of the season. If he continues his progress he would be in a better position to negotiate a new contract in the summer.

Same applies to gaffney who hasnt been as good as ellis but has done ok this season.

I'd offer Ellis Gaffney's money on top of his own and let Gaffney go. He's ok at this level, nothing more.

"...what Ellis has to eat on match days because he just doesn't stop working.the swindon defenders must be having nightmares about him...." Padstow, do you include Rollin in the Swindon (sic) defenders who have nightmares about Ellis?

That isn't difficult to do from the low level it was at. You can buy up to 10 houses in moss side for the price of a semi in billericay or even more for a semi in padstow

Watched the game at the Mem. Great performance by the team. Bennett possibly MOM. Happy to be eating my words! My son was at the Gate in with the away fans, said it was amazing!!! Well done for Bristol Rovers for arranging the beamback. Both bars rammed. Excellent day of sport on TV, in the warm, with a bar. Glad I missed out on going to Oxford. One small gripe about getting the rugby on later - as I think a lot of people left early as there was no sign of the England/Wales game. Understandably not a lot of interest in the pre-match talk about the Dagenham / Aldershot game on BT Sports...

Just spoke to him, on his way back now. He said apart from the Sunderland fans going nuts, the s***heads were quiet. He had his Rovers shirt on under his coat😀 Just too good. Was watching the BT sport coverage and they were really bigging up the 82. I just had a feeling something was going to shock at that game. That really is incredible to get a draw after being 3 up. I expect social media will be a ged free zone tonight then If you watched channel 5 last night Sunderland could have won.after it became 3.2 fielding made a wonder save then a Sunderland player missed a gimme. As for the penalty they are claiming I know there was a slight shirt pull but it didn't stop or impede Patterson so grasping at straws
