Parts at RB. Sweeney and Bola down the left, with Lines at the back of the diamond. Could be more of a colander than a sieve?

Don’t know why but I feel a decent away win today. Just a gut feeling.
Famous last words maybe ?
Feels like ages since we played at home and I’ve been largely well enough to have gone, gutted.
Tote end reunion, not a John Keyes production, after the Shrewsbury match, at the downed tavern for those interested.

So 4-4-2 without any natural width? Bola can get forward - not so sure Parts is that sort of player. We shall see. UTG.

I’d much prefer to keep Ellis as a sub while the pitches are tough and then bring him on in the last 20. I know he FULLY deserves to start and I wouldn’t like to be DC but I think Ellis is best used this way , at least until we get better weather and pitches. He seems to totally rip up a leg weary defence. Come Rovers, come on you BLUES. UP THE GAS !!!

0-0 after 40 mins not a shot on target for either team according to the BBC. No updates on here either, I'm guessing a fairly boring game then?

Even possession and Tangerines 6 shots to our 1 (none on target). Could be a hang on for a draw type day. Hopefully Mensah comes off the bench and smashes in a winner. If Nichols comes on as sub, and not Mensah - I will be disappointed.

Only 2 defeats in the last 8 games, conceding far fewer. We're going to be more than fine.

...going down 2 places to 17th for one. Chill out Dude, we've forgotten how to ship 4 goals in every away game, that's a good thing. Now we can watch the website for news of big signings coming in, after the manager said this back in November Wael and Hani aren't going to stick their heads in the sand and pretend that bringing in a bloke from Aldershot whilst losing Bodin makes everything OK. I'm quite excited to see who we sign

However, that is unlikely to happen, though we don’t score many away from home so 0-0 is probably the best we will get away. We just need to win and draw our games at home Tim ensure safety. Doesn’t sound positive on new faces coming in from the very short answer Clarke gave to Hoskins post match. 😩

If Nichols comes on as sub, and not Mensah - I will be disappointed. Sorry to disappoint I had prepared myself for this event with the appropriate level of expectation management. It is a skill I have carefully honed by watching Bristol Rovers FC for many years.

As it stands, I still believe we will be fortunate to stay in this league but IF we get a couple of decent players then that could change dramatically. A winning team is a confident team & we need to start to put a run together pretty soon or the nerves will get to the crowd and the team will find it even harder

If we can keep picking up 1pt away from home and concentrate on winning the home games we will be fine

But as this is the negative forum........
