Fair point Jools. My dad and I differ on Magnusson. He thinks he's awful and just hoofs it. I think he's far more cultured on the ball than Flint. So depends on your view if Magnusson has worked out, I think he has. In fact the back 4 have more than worked, they've been let down by a weak central midfield. I am hopeful the German lad from Berlin is going to be a big bonus to adding that quality in the middle. Wright I think is an absolute quality player. He was very good at PNE. I'm hopeful the turnaround will be v Cardiff the following week. I just don't think LJ has the experience and nous at this level. Your clubs owner will be getting to a point where he will probably cut his losses at some point. He's given you everything you could wish for except a decent and experienced manager. I'd imagine Lansdown will want play off minimum and unless there is a dramatic turnaround then I can see some big changes. All the above could be wrong |

What's it to be Khazi, new manager then the season fizzles out, or stick with Helium Jnr and a relegation battle?
The big problem for you is that the gravy train is about to hit the buffers, surely even someone as dim as you can see that what Lansdown is doing is getting the car resprayed and a set of new tyres, giving it a quick spit and polish ready to put it up for sale. Wonder if the Venkys have any family members looking to get involved?

What now Loserbcfc, couple of million to pay off Helium Jnr, then a couple more to bring in a new manager and a few aged journeymen with knee-knack to try to stave off relegation?
I just don't know how it's all gone so wrong, it was only back in September you were telling us that you were getting promoted.
