0-0 was a fair result, big plus was the clean sheet, a good way to respond to last saturday. I thought Ellis was sensational.

I thought the lads were looking a little leggy on Tuesday after the extra time and it was no surprise that DC shuffled the starters, keeping the bench well-stocked though. The Dons didn't park the bus today and Roos had to tip a couple over the bar, but we certainly had the better chances to break the deadlock - it didn't quite drop for us in the box. Other than that the defence looked a bit tighter than of late.
We'll see what team runs out on Tuesday and how they go again.

An enjoyable and entertaining match at the Mem. Stevie Gerrard must have been impressed at the standard of League One football he may be playing in soon. MK Dons edged the amount of possession and looked a very good attacking side. Both goalkeepers did well to ensure clean sheets. For the first time since 20 Oct 2015 (Notts County) thats 26 league matches that Rovers have failed to score at home. Tom Lockyer and Jake Clarke Salter defended superbly. Stuart Sinclair and Jermaine Easter created chances but it was not until the triple subs of Lines, Taylor and Gaffney that we really took the match to MK Dons and I am sure the majority of the 9,031 crowd went home happy. MK Dons were recently a Championship side and we matched them for the second time in little over a month.
It was also the first time since 12 Sept 2015 (Accrington home) that Rovers have gone two consecutive league matches without scoring.

Ellis was poor again imo. If he just showed a bit more aggression and stayed on his feet it would improve his game. Really think the time is coming when it'll be time to say our goodbyes.
Love the beard's all action displays and his work rate is great to see but why always pass back or sideways? Also thought a few times today that when he had good opportunities to shoot he was looking to get fouled to take the responsibility of shooting away from him.
Centre halves were quality today. The best pairing I have ever seen at our club.

i really enjoyed the 2nd half today and we could have sneaked a win at the end. totally understand the selection which was due to the extra time and the pile up of matches. i thought boateng and colkett didnt grasp the chance to impress today not that they were terrible just a bit dissapointing in my view

You say Ellis goes to ground too easily, then interested to hear your view on the Beard!

We were definitely still in the game against Millwall (and were actually playing better then them) when they were 1-0 up against 10 men. We only really gave up after the comedy moment of the 4th conceded goal. Didn't see the creepy game - but by all accounts should have had a hat-full. Better finishing today and we win. 3-1 Gas. 9,000. You were a little over 0.34% out on the crowd. (9,031). Not bad.

Great game of football and a great referee, save the last 5 minutes. Franchise came for the win and but for captain Marvel and Roos, they could have been clear in the first half. Gladly, the previously anonymous Chris Lines turned up in the second half
