I think Darrell and Steve would of done a decent defencive training session since the MK Dons game. I fancy Rovers to win.Say uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 0 2.

Again, another plea to stop f...ing about with stupid formations and then swap it half way through to what everyone can see we should be starting with..
If we can keep clean sheet, I am confident we can win comfortably..
Play it simple, players playing in rightful positions earned by good form... Gas 3-0 win.
Play it like MKD and gawd only know..
COME ON YOU YELLOWS..

I think I've sussed it. DC pulls the names out of a hat. The opposition are confused as they (and us) do not see what the tactical plan is. The opposition gain a little bit of confidence. Usually we even give them a goal head start. And here is where the genius comes in. DC then makes his move. Substitutions around the hour mark and suddenly the formation and tactics become clear. We're a yard sharper. The game turns. We score. We have the momentum. We score again and everyone goes home happy.

Ha ha very good, and the guy that came and watched us on a scouting mission completley wasted his time as half the starting line ups different, dc is the new wenger, tactical mastermind.

I criticised the 5 changes on Tues, but I think this looks much better.
Back 4 that have all played a good few games together (not necessarily in that combination but still). Pleased to see Boateng get another go and Colkett is too good to be on the bench. Not to have Harrison either as a starter or an impact sub is a blow, but I think Byron Moore can play the 'super sub' role well.

Still baffles me why Moore and Monty are on the bench.
We ned a credible right wing alternative or outlet.
I like the back five, so that's a good start.
Hopefully Boateng rest from starting lineup will do him good. Will be looking to see a strong display from him.
Welcome back Easter!
It looks a solid starting line up....go get em, Gas..

i think the idea of the narrow 4-4-2 with 3 ball playing midfielders is to try and dominate possession in midfield without resorting to 3-5-2,the down side will be if oldham are able to exploit are lack of width and pace in midfield although leadbitter, montano and moore are all on the bench as wide options.

Hope we don't miss Ellis and Ollie too much. Good we have Easter back and our bench is strong once again

Ellis was getting really wound up on Tuesday and might well be on the naughty step. Missing O Clarke? Errr... no.

Who would've put money on AFC Wombles getting into play offs this season?
They are now, atm! (1-0 up away to Posh).
We are 7th, gone up two places without scoring a goal!

O Clarke picked up 5 yellows this season? Didn't know that. We still have a very strong bench.
