Well here we are back in what some might say is our rightful level -League 1. A long journey for the opening fixture so travel safe Gasheads. At the time of writing I have not seen the line up but I feel we can get something from this game, I'm going for 1-1 which would be an excellent start in my view. As for our prospects this season? Looking at the many online reviews and forecasts of so called experts, Rovers barely get a mention as either promotion or relegation candidates which would suggest a mid table finish. I'm letting my heart rule my head on this one and I think the Daryl will continue the momentum and success of the past two seasons and get us into the playoffs. COYB!!!  |

Interesting new season preview on RADIO STOKE this morning.Crewe now in Div 2 will be doing a total mileage of 6791 miles to away games this season and Port Vale have 13 new players 12 of whom will be playing in this country for the first time!!

We were 21st when Trollope was relieved of his duties? I'd take 20th this season, having said that I said I'd take 22nd last season.  Come on Gas let's get off to a good start for a change! |
