1pm kick off and two trialists one from Pompey and one from Reading included in starting line up.
Anyone actually there to watch it and give updates ?

Puddy Ledbitter Lockyer Field Brown Broom Clarke O Sinclair Gosling Harrison Bodin Field is the only name I don't recognise so I guess he's the only trialists playing. The first post says the 2 were in the starting line up ? whats the craic Jack ?

We had a good day, nice to see Rovers in blue shirts again,I think they should wear blue shorts and white socks though. I thought that Broom looks like he might be getting to the stage where he will be coming on as a sub (like he did at Newport)more often. I think that it was the triallist from Portsmouth who looked ok,I am not sure because the programme numbers were wrong and it was difficult (for me) to work out who was who, unless the triallist from Reading was having a very bad day I cant see him being signed. Found a country pub on the way home with a cider festival,so we enjoyed the day out.
Did anyone else hear that another friendly game has been arranged at Cirencester ?

Bodin and Harrison up front - might not be the last time we see that. Plenty of pace, both good finishers. I am optimistic Gas.

Rovers looked as though they were playing in their training kit to me yesterday.
Will it be used in a First XI match do you think, or is it designed to be purely a warm weather outfit?

Good to see Sinclair and Puddy come through 90 mins unscathed. Who skippered the team Lockyer?

I was impressed with Chad Field, surprised to see Portsmouth let him go. Looked clam and composed.
